Our constantly evolving menus follow the seasons using the best quality, locally sourced and often, our own produce. DAYTIME Let us welcome you with a freshly ground coffee, indulge with one of our delicious homemade cakes and socialise in a comfortable neighbourhood atmosphere. Croque Monsieurs, soups, seafood platters, daily changing specials or a fabulous Sunday roast. All freshly prepared for you to enjoy around the warming fire or on our sun soaked terrace. Come and enjoy a glass of wine, craft beer or local cider. Our bar serves an eclectic choice from independent merchants and producers. EVENING With the sun setting, it is time for a more decadent restaurant approach to food and wine. Relax with a glass of bubbles and enjoy the distinctive, clean flavours of Cornish game, house cured fish, charcuterie and the freshest, seasonal vegetables. Our menus celebrate the fabulous produce that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep. Bring close friends and family together and savour an innovative dinner. Look out for our film or live music evenings.

Visited The Lime Tree earlier this week for a birthday lunch with my daughter. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food, and the very friendly staff. The cafe was very busy so it would be worth booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment. A first class dining experience in a beautifully designed modern building, well worth a visit.

Thank Elaine T

Fantastic modern building - perfect for a really rainy day to sit by the woodburner and order a soup of delicious pea and ham soup washed down with a glass of crisp, white wine.
