“Out of the way and yummy”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 May 2013

Have been going to the Lime tree since it was on Chapel Street In PZ. However, where they are now is a slice of peace and quiet, a sneaky place where the word of mouth is king. Georgous cakes, good coffee and the Sunday roast...... honestly, I thought the meat was good at the Gurnards Head.... here they must griddle it at the end... it is UNREAL.
Go there and wonder around the gardens to clear you head. Love the pots in the entrance as well... might not get them in my house !!!!

“Fantastic food in a fantastic setting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 April 2013

Have been eating here regularly since it opened, the food, service & setting are excellent. Whether you fancy a coffee & cake (delicious by the way), soup & a roll or something more substantial it is all excellent. The gardens are exceptional (a hidden gem in West Cornwall) well worth a visit before or after indulging in coffee, lunch or tea or all three.at the Lime Tree. They also do fantastic Sunday roasts as well,

“Perfect location for a relaxing lunch!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 March 2013 via mobile

Visited The Lime Tree earlier this week for a birthday lunch with my daughter. We were both very impressed with the quality of the food, and the very friendly staff. The cafe was very busy so it would be worth booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment. A first class dining experience in a beautifully designed modern building, well worth a visit.

Fantastic modern building - perfect for a really rainy day to sit by the woodburner and order a soup of delicious pea and ham soup washed down with a glass of crisp, white wine.
