Our first visit here. A great place for a snack with homely food served in a very designer environment at foot of the Tremenheere Sculpture Garden just outside Gulval near Penzance. Staff we all helpful with a very pleasing atmosphere, seating inside or outside with a great view across to distant St Michael's Mount.

I've been here three times within the last few weeks...it was recommended by a friend and it lived up to her recommendation. The location is amazing, tucked away, very well used by locals and visitors with a fantastic view over St Michaels Mount. The only downside is that the menu is quite limited and on one occasion we couldn't find anything on the menu we particularly fancied so ended up just having coffee and cake (which is delicious by the way).

We have been to this gorgeous cafe on several occasions for morning coffee or a lazy lunch and it is always great. It has an amazing setting, the staff are friendly and the food is always delicious, what ever you choose. Now they are open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and it is even better. It's a place not to miss if you find yourself in this corner of Cornwall.
The gardens are fantastic and there is a lovely plant centre to finish your visit with.

Attached to the Tremenheere sculpture gardens this is a lovely café, in a lovely setting, with views to St Michael’s Mount.

The service was excellent and the home made still lemonade very refreshing on a hot day. Prices are a bit high, but are paying for the location and the views, so worth it.

Food is sometimes served in the evening – worth checking the website for special events as booking is required.

This café is number 6 on the “Truly Cornish Café Trail” leaflet (see http://www.choosecornish.co.uk/cafe-trail/)

Highly recommended.

I'm found at the Lime Tree about once a week and sometimes more often than that! The reason is simple. The food is wonderful, the setting is beautiful and the staff are lovely. It's the perfect place for toast & coffee at breakfast time, a light lunch with friends, a naughty piece of cake in the afternoon or a delicious woodfired pizza on a Saturday night in the summertime. Whenever you go, you'll be in for a treat.
