6 chips on a sandwich....priced at over 7 pounds..rip off ...nachos that's were tortilla chips not nachos..Over priced falsely sold. Would never come back and I live in penzance..awful.. staff didn't seem bothered...much better places to eat.

“Yummy! Great evening”
Reviewed 27 April 2014 via mobile

Four of us sampled the delights of this amazing restaurant on a Saturday evening.Every bit of the meal was delicious, from freshly prepared starters to the puds and were all delivered beautifully. The extra special touches from the chef, makes the food sublime.Watch him create a spun sugar ball to compliment the sweet.Delightful.Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere...just a great place to go.

“Consistently good”
Reviewed 16 April 2014

Have been here on a number of occasions for both lunch and dinner and happily say that I have never had a bad meal. The food is very good and can easily say it's our favorite restaurant in Penzance. The service prompt, attentive and friendly. As a bonus they have always been very good with our infant daughter. The only drawback for me is that it lacks intimacy and as the space is very open in can be a bit loud. Other than that I can highly recommend a visit.

“An excellent meal”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

The restaurant looks rather austere but this impression is soon dispelled by the friendly and enthusiastic staff. We had an excellent vegetarian meal and found it hard to choose from a wide ranging menu. Excellent value and a very pleasant evening

“Fantastic cooking”
Reviewed 13 April 2014

Friday night was not our first visit to Thirtyfive and it will not be our last.

The food was superbly cooked and presented. Chef Nick has real flair and imagination. The salt and pepper squid was superb. A crispy, well seasoned glutten-free batter over fresh squid strips was followed by a delectable confit of shoulder of lamb dish with a real first for me, a smoked wine sauce. My wife's steak was superb and the pizza and garlic bread for our 5 year old was devoured.

The quality of the food is second to none. The front of house service was attentive and just right. A real class operation.
