The room presentation was fabulous - classic theme worked well and cleanliness was paramount. Breakfast served was very personalised and allowed a variety of choices. Hospitality is excellent.John and Linda are very caring - Thank you both for my family and I had a fantastic break in Cornwall. Great place to visit with lovely people to meet!

The location was very convenient to town and the train station. The hosts gave us excellent suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The breakfasts were very tasty and the dining room lovely. We had to leave early in the morning and John was up early to make us coffee and a quick breakfast. Really enjoyed Penzance and the area. Couldn't ask for better hosts!

Dunedin Guest House is located in a quiet street with a pretty park and the downtown area nearby, the sea in three minutes walking distance. Dunedin Guest House is a great place for holidays: the seaside city of Penzance, a pretty park nearby and it is a wonderful base for great trips into the breath taking landscape of Cornwall. John and the very helpful poeple of the B & B provide a lot of information about the area. A place to feel at home at.

The Dunedinis located in a quiet road which is really handy for all the advantages that penzance has to offer. The bedroom was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best quality we've had in a B&B. There is a friendly atmosphere. All you need for a great stay.

From the moment we stepped through the front door we were made welcome by John. He is a mine of information regarding the area. The Dunedin is located in a quiet street only a couple of minutes from the sea front with Newlyn only a mile away and Mousehole 3 miles away. The town centre can reached on foot within 10 minutes or so either by road or through the adjacent park.
The Dunedin is probably the best B & B I have ever stayed in being spotlessly clean and offering an extensive breakfast menu cooked to order. It's reputation has spread beyond our shores as was demonstrated during our stay because most of the 8 bedrooms were occupied by overseas guests. Breakfast time was like a gathering of the United Nations.if you are visiting Penzance this is the place to stay.

We spent 3 nights at the Dunedin during a hot spell in Penzance. The room is comfortable and spacious. John was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the town where there are plenty of pubs to have food.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking there again.

Our 3 night stay at the Dunedin Guest House was a very enjoyable experience. The Dunedin is well situated in a quiet, leafy street, but within walking distance to the town centre, eateries and the beach promenade. If you are arriving by train as we did, it is a short taxi ride to the guesthouse. The room we stayed in was pleasantly furnished and exceptionally clean. The owners were helpful but unobtrusive. Breakfasts were served in a friendly manner and the offering was of a high standard. We would certainly stay there again.

Room Tip: Stairs may be an issue if you have mobility problems.
