The Blue Seas Hotel forms part of a strip of perhaps six or more hotels and guest houses, and I have no experience of the others, but whenever I go back to Penzance I'll be calling the Blue Seas first. The setting is seafront central and there is adequate parking immediately in front. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with what appeared to be a brand new en suite bathroom. The owners were helpful and tuned to the needs of tourists keen to see what Penzance has to offer. And the breakfast that was served in the dining room was simply magnificent. We have never stayed in a hotel/guest house/B&B in the UK that we rated more highly.

Dear Phillipa,

We appreciate your kind words and we are glad you enjoyed our breakfast. There will be some new surprises on that front in 2014.
It has been a real pleasure to have you with us as well.
On your next trip to England, remember that you can always booked directly with us by mail or from our online reservation page on our website as we garantee better rates than with online booking sites.

Kind regards

Arnaud

We have just returend from a long weekend in Penzance staying at the Blue Seas. This was our second visit and, as before, we really enjoyed staying there. Everything is clean and of a high standard but the stand out feature is the quality of the breakfast provided. Simply wonderful!

Somehow we had managed to mess up my internet booking with another Penzance hotel and they suggested that we try Blue Seas. Great, they had a room; and with a sea view. The owners could not have been more friendly, having time to talk - if you wanted to - but in no way obtrusive. The bedroom was immaculate with modern, Spanish fittings in the en suite. Nice touches like complementary fudge and lovely biscuits too. The lounge was comfortable with daily papers to read. And the beakfast - well I have been staying in hotels with my work for years and this has to be in the top 3. Some accolade I can tell you. Oh yes, and not expensive.

We picked this hotel from the internet, we did not know this area and so were guided in part by the reviews of previous guests, which did not let us down.
We had a very welcoming and enthusiastic greeting from both Fiona and Arnaud.
The whole hotel is immaculate and the room we had was very comfortable, bright and well appointed.
As stated by previous reviews the breakfast is freshly cooked to order and is second to none.
We stayed for three nights and are planning to return.
We rate this hotel 10 out 10 and have already recommended it to friends and family.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights on the 6th August 2012. We could not believe our luck in picking this hotel from the internet. The Hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are something else, fantastic kedgeree and smoked haddock, ordered the day before. I always take reviews with a pinch of salt but having now been there I can see why people are so complimentary. People return here year after year we met some. Our thanks to Fiona and Arnaud we hope they continue their success.

My sister and myself stayed here in August for 5 nights. Excellent place , very clean accommodation and the owners very accommodating. They made us early breakfast as we had to get a coach early in the morning. Very good breakfast / home cooked food. good sized room airy and bright. Very helpful couple run the place.

Room Tip: The twin beded room on the left hand side at the back was very good, ground floor
