My wife arranged this trip for my sister's 40th birthday. Seven of us stayed here, three couples and my three year old son. It was organised through Natural Retreats so expectations were always going to be high. This place does not disappoint.
The keys can be collected locally from an office a short distance away. Upon arrival there is a garage which we didn't use, and driveway parking for two cars, the front door leads to the main upper floor, the living/dining area. A corridor to the left leads to two double rooms, one with en suite, and a single, plus family bathroom. A staircase behind the kitchen leads down to a private en-suite double with terrace, opening onto the huge garden.
To the rear of the living room are two double doors onto a balcony with table and chairs with sea view over Port Isaac. It's a stunning summer sunset view. The balcony has a bolted gate with steps down to the lawn. My son loved the garden, with a lawn to play on and paths to explore.
A co op shop is a two minute walk onto the next road for food and drink. You pass a private house on the way with an honesty box for home made jam. It's so good I brought some home,
The cost of this trip was split three ways so worked out very reasonably. Port Isaac is a ten minute walk and is beautiful.
