Port Isaac is a lovely small Cornish fishing village made famous by Doc Martin. Very busy now in summer but really nice coastal walks and the village is picturesque.

“Very picturesque.”

Nice Cornwall village and center for the TV series Doc Martin. The village was a little run down however it was January and the winters are not so good weather wise, in summer it must be beautiful.

“Favorite village in Cornwall ”
Reviewed 12 January 2016 via mobile

Port Isaac is famous for the Doc Martin tv show but it's so much more than that . It charming , picturesque and authentic as a typical Cornish village . It had a small town feel and you could spend a lovely afternoon exploring the rock pools and walking up the top of the hills for an amazing view

“Idyllic Cornish Fishing village”
Reviewed 11 January 2016

We have visited Port Issac over the last 30 years and it never disappoints. It is a proper Cornish village with traditional fishing. You can buy fish at the quay.
It has been made more famous through the TV programme Doc Martin - but it remains unspoiled.

“Once in a life time.”

You should experience a holiday in Port Isaac for the atmosphere, the food, the people, the views, the accommodation, I would suggest if possible look for a cottage with parking on site otherwise you have to drop your luggage off at your accommodation and then take your car up to the car park at the top of the village.
