I love the seaside in the offseason and found St Ives a great place to spend a few days in January. What they say about the light is true -- it's beautiful and restorative even in the shortest days of winter. This sweet cottage was the perfect base for us. It's in an atmospheric location and super convenient, but also quiet and secluded. This property has been cleverly laid out and beautifully appointed - would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
We had a lovely Christmas stay for a week in the cottage , it was a beautiful cottage with the new renovations mostly complete with only Afew minor cosmetic finishes to be done so will look even more perfect when finished and had been decorated for Christmas for our stay , the kids loved it and is in a perfect location right in the harbour and just a short stroll to the beach or shops . Would highly recommend staying here and would 100% return :) ..owners are also amazing at keeping in contact and very helpful if you have any queries or concerns
A wonderful cottage, bang in the centre of wonderful St Ives. The owners left us wanting for nothing and attended to our every need. It was so lovely to have the beach just outside and all that this lovely Cornish town has to offer, right on the doorstep! Would most definitely stay again!
Stayed in this beautiful little gem of a place over the New year- had a wonderful time. Had everything you would need for a holiday in St. Ives. It is totally central and less than 5 minutes either way to beaches, pubs, restaurants and shops. Excellent little Tea room (The Digey rooms) 2 minutes away for an excellent breakfast. The cottage is also extremely dog friendly , treats, water bowl and even poo bags included. We will definitely visit again!
Superb cottage close to town and beach. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed for a lovely weeks holiday. Dog friendly too! Would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was brilliant. It’s within walking distance (10 minutes) of the railway station and the bus station. It is in the midst of all the amenities you will need. The owner Lucy was very friendly and helpful before we arrived. The decor was cute and beach inspired. The cottage overall had cute features and a lot of character. As soon as you arrive the cottage’s character is evident with a quirky stable door with porthole at the entrance. It was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen with some food left for guests. The beds were comfy, with nice bedding. We would definitely return and would recommend to others.
