Just back from four nights at Treloyhan Manor. Stayed in a non en-suite room on a special offer. This was very good value with a lovely three course meal every night with tea/coffee. Breakfasts also very good with lots of choice. Views of the sea from the dining room. Yes, this is a Christian hotel and one reason why I chose it but there is no onus on any visitor to take part in any activity they do not want to. Dinner is eaten round tables for eight which makes for interesting conversations and a chance to talk to other guests from all around the country. A lovely walk through the gardens and along a footpath (steep in places) to the nearest beautiful beach (Porthminster) takes 15 mins or so and another 10 mins takes you into St Ives. I found the staff helpful and friendly.
