Little Leaf Guest House

St Ives in November is perfect, but Little Leaf Guest House is even better. Danny and Lee only opened in April 2011, but they have done a fabulous job. The whole guesthouse is spotlessly clean, every detail has been thought of and Danny and Lee can't do enough for you to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible. Delicious home-made complimentary cookies and muffins are served up proudly by Lee each day. The breakfasts are hearty and tasty affairs. The views from room 2 are second to none. Little Leaf is only a stone's throw from the centre of St Ives. Thank you Danny and Lee for making us so welcome. We wish you the best of luck with your wedding and hope you enjoy your well deserved honeymoon. We will be back next year!

Room Tip: Room 2 has amazing views over St Ives

We found Little Leaf after a visit to the tourist information & as we hadn't read any reviews or looked online booked purely after the friendly phone call we had with Danny. What a good choice it was! This was perhaps the most friendly B&B we've stayed at, nothing was too much trouble & every little detail had been thought of from the afternoon cookies to the ipad and dvd/book library for guests to use. The breakfasts are delicious & views from the dining room over St Ives well worth the climb up the hill.

Although there is no parking, out of season there are some spaces in front of the B&B which we had no problem using or there is a car park next door.

The rooms are very comfortable and extreemly clean & we can't recommend Little Leaf enough.

Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back one day! Amy & Justin

Thankyou Danny & Lee for such a wonderful time at Little Leaf. We loved room 2 with it's breathtaking views. The breakfasts were delicious and you were so helpful with your suggestions of where to eat out. The Seagrass restaurant was really good. Helen & I wish you both every success for the future, Gary.

Spectacular! Eveything about this break was superb starting with the friendly greeting from Lee complete with welcome cup of tea and homemade biscuits. Our room (number 5) was right up on the top floor and gave us a spectacular view across the town to the sea beyond. The room was imaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The local art on the walls made it really feel homely. Lee and Danny were a brilliant source of information and directed us to some superb restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing and are varied enough to satisfy all tastes. If you are looking for B&B in St Ives you simply won't be able to beat Little Leaf

Room Tip: Room 5 on the top floor has a great view

We chanced upon Little Leaf and it really made our weekend in St Ives extra special. Danny and Lee are wonderful hosts who go that extra mile and couldn't be more accomodating. Lee bakes complimentry cookies and cup cakes - can it get any better than that? Not according to my 8 year old! The breakfasts are amazing, the rooms are clean and well equipt with lots of nice touches like an Ipod docking station and loads of coat hangers for once! The location is perfect for wandering into town, although we didn't benefit from the wonderful view in the family room. We would definately recommend and we very much hope to return in the future.

Room Tip: Room 3 - A quiet and comfortable family room.

Little Leaf, what can i say. You will not be disappointed, what a lovely place to stay. The hosts Lee and Danny we're superb, so welcoming and warm. The family room in which we stayed in was very bright and very clean and tidy and the breakfasts need to be seen to be believed, so much choice. The Little Leaf is a great base within minutes of everything. We will definitely return. Thank you both for a great stay.

We had a lovely half-term break at Little Leaf. The views from here are wonderful - you look over rooftops toward the old church and harbour, which are only a short walk away. Inside, the house is simply but beautifully decorated. There's a nice restful sitting area with leaflets and magazines etc and our room upstairs was clean and comfortable, again with great views. Breakfast was always enjoyable - there's a 'special' each day in addition to the usual 'full English' - brought to your table with a smile and a large pot of coffee. Thanks to Danny & Lee for such a great holiday!

Room Tip: Room 2 costs more but is definitely worth it if you like to sit and admire the view!
