Little Leaf was a brilliant base for our stay in St Ives. Danny and Lee were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were spotless and comfy, the breakfasts were amazing and the afternoon treats were something to look forward to on our walk back from the town!! Our favourite was the homemade rocky road, but the cookies were also pretty special! We stayed in room 5 at the top of the house and were able to take advantage of the spectacular views of the town and bay. The house is in a great location overlooking St Ives and a short walk down the nearby stairs gets you into the heart of the town in no time. We would definitely recommend Little Leaf and we'll certainly be back the next time we're in St Ives!!

Room Tip: Room 5 has amazing views of St Ives

A big thank-you to Lee and Danny for their tremendous hospitality, in a very clean and friendly B&B they have been running only since the spring. Comfortable and well-appointed, the Little Leaf has a grand view over the centre of St Ives. They are happy to talk you through the pros and cons of different rooms when making a selection and are chatty and knowledgeable about things to do and places to go when you arrive. Their full English breakfast makes a good start to the day, there is a daily special breakfast item as well. There is limited long-stay parking along the street, and the harbour and rail station are both a brisk 5 minute walk down the hill. A very enjoyable but sadly short stay, I will be sure to look the Little Leaf up when heading that way next.

Room Tip: Ask the owners to guide you through room choice. Room 5: great views over the harbour. Room 4: would...

Danny and Lee, what lovely hosts you are and what a difference it makes when the owners of a b and b are as delightful as the two of you. You were both so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for you.

The Little Leaf is spotlessly clean, superbly situated with fabulous views and yet only a stone's thrown from town. The breakfasts were wonderful and yes I suppose I should have requested a Lee size breakfast and not a Danny size breakfast (which is double the amount) but hey, I was on holiday! My room, at the back of the house, was very quiet and the mattress on my bed, extremely comfortable. I only wish I could have spent more time at Little Leaf to enjoy some of those dvds and books that were available .. not to mention the I Pad tablet!

Thank you for making our stay in St Ives so enjoyable and I thank you very much for your thoughtful acknowledgement of Anita's 60th birthday. All the very best for the future, both with Little Leaf and with your forthcoming wedding.

I'll be back next year!

St Ives in November is perfect, but Little Leaf Guest House is even better. Danny and Lee only opened in April 2011, but they have done a fabulous job. The whole guesthouse is spotlessly clean, every detail has been thought of and Danny and Lee can't do enough for you to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible. Delicious home-made complimentary cookies and muffins are served up proudly by Lee each day. The breakfasts are hearty and tasty affairs. The views from room 2 are second to none. Little Leaf is only a stone's throw from the centre of St Ives. Thank you Danny and Lee for making us so welcome. We wish you the best of luck with your wedding and hope you enjoy your well deserved honeymoon. We will be back next year!

Room Tip: Room 2 has amazing views over St Ives

We found Little Leaf after a visit to the tourist information & as we hadn't read any reviews or looked online booked purely after the friendly phone call we had with Danny. What a good choice it was! This was perhaps the most friendly B&B we've stayed at, nothing was too much trouble & every little detail had been thought of from the afternoon cookies to the ipad and dvd/book library for guests to use. The breakfasts are delicious & views from the dining room over St Ives well worth the climb up the hill.

Although there is no parking, out of season there are some spaces in front of the B&B which we had no problem using or there is a car park next door.

The rooms are very comfortable and extreemly clean & we can't recommend Little Leaf enough.

Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back one day! Amy & Justin

Thankyou Danny & Lee for such a wonderful time at Little Leaf. We loved room 2 with it's breathtaking views. The breakfasts were delicious and you were so helpful with your suggestions of where to eat out. The Seagrass restaurant was really good. Helen & I wish you both every success for the future, Gary.

Spectacular! Eveything about this break was superb starting with the friendly greeting from Lee complete with welcome cup of tea and homemade biscuits. Our room (number 5) was right up on the top floor and gave us a spectacular view across the town to the sea beyond. The room was imaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The local art on the walls made it really feel homely. Lee and Danny were a brilliant source of information and directed us to some superb restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing and are varied enough to satisfy all tastes. If you are looking for B&B in St Ives you simply won't be able to beat Little Leaf

Room Tip: Room 5 on the top floor has a great view
