We really cannot fault Seaforth. The Location is breath-taking – minutes from the beach, restaurants and the town.
Debbie and Carl were just the most fantastic hosts …… we were greeted with beaming smiles and immediately made to feel at ease. It became increasingly obvious as we were shown around Seaforth that they loved what they do and were going to make sure we had everything we needed. They were full of local knowledge and restaurant reviews. The house brims with style and Debbie and Carl’ personality.
The room was wonderful – dreamy sea views. The attention to detail took us by surprise – our room had lots of hangers, powerful hairdryer and straighteners – perfect for a girlie break. The bathroom was full of delights!
Breakfast was amazing!!!! We have been trying to replicate those fabulous poached plums ever since we returned home!
We just loved it and are already looking at the calendar to plan a return visit!
Thank you Debbie and Carl for the most amazing break – see you both soon!!!

Amanda & Hazel.

We returned to seaforth in June for the third year running and it is still as perfect as our first visit. Debbie and Carl are great hosts who love to give advice on local food, drink locations and good days out. The b n b is in an amazing location, just a short walk to the harbour front and there are amazing sea views from the room (we stay in rm number 3). The breakfasts are fantastic! Will be planning our fourth visit soon.

St Ives is a beautiful place to visit and what made it even more delightful was staying in Seaforth B&B which was very central and not necessary to require a car. Highly recommend it, comfortable rooms, great views, food excellent and Debbie and Carl wonderful hosts. I know we will return.

My partner and I had a really wonderful time in St Ives last week. I chose Seaforth based on the Trip Advisor reviews and because of its location. I was not sorry I did - Carl and Debbie were very attentive hosts and it was clear they wanted us to enjoy our time in St Ives and did everything they could to make it such an enjoyable experience. They did those extra 'somethings' that set them apart from it just being a business for them.

Seaforth is in a great location and the room had great views, was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were scrummy and again it was the little details we liked most.

I would strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a trip to Cornwall. What a find, amazing location and wonderful views of the harbour. Everything you will read on other reviews regarding Carl and Debbie is true, outstanding hosts. They have mastered the art of second guessing all of their guests needs and have a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding area which they are only too happy to pass on.

The room was thoughtfully decorated and the small things make all the difference. Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk and a bottle of cold water in the fridge were wonderful touches. For those who can't travel without one (me included) their is a hairdryer (not a travel dryer), and an iron and board. Soft towels and full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner, body wash. Parking pass and also a pass to the Tate/Barbara Hepworth Museum - what a great thought.

Breakfast was one of the best we have had. Again every thought has been considered - cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, local jams and spreads, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee and the most amazing scrambled eggs with salmon.

We had an amazing stay in St Ives enhanced by the warm welcome we received from Carl and Debbie.

Our initial hit on St Ives was that it was a big tourist trap, but a few steps off the tourist path brought us face to face with amazing art and a charming town. The Seaforth is ideally situated --close to everything, fantastic magical views, and just far enough away from heavily touristed areas. Our hosts were helpful (especially about food and art!)l, funny and warm; beautifully appointed room; and terrific breakfast. I'd love to go back and explore this lovely town more deeply and would definitely stay at the Seaforth. Don't miss the Barbara Hepworth Museum. It is a treasure

Everything about the Seaforth and host Debbie was wonderful. We stayed in the self-catering apartment for 3 nights and didn't want to leave! A true home away from home. We want to return and stay for at least a week!
