Hi Reuben and Marilyn. Just got home after a really lovely week in St.Ives. Wanted to say that the rooms were in excellant condition and the breakfast will take some beating! Going to spend the next couple of days recovering from that coastal walk! After spending 4 nights in that lovely bed, we're now off to the shops to try and find one to match!
Again, thanks for making us feel very welcome and providing a 1st class service.
Lisa (always smiling) and Pj.

We found this B & B by using trip advisor and must say what a wonderful time we had staying here. Marilyn & Reuben could not have been more attentive or polite. They have the right level of interest in all your needs as a guest and have good advise on where to go and what to do.
The room was fantastic. We had room 4 - double at the front of building - the sea view was just what you needed in the mornings when you get up! The breakfast was great and they even catered for my restrictive diet - very personal service.
Overall the B&B was spotlessly clean and had everything and more you would expect from booking at a small and attentive place.
Parking is very restrictive in St Ives so this B&B having a parking space for each room is a real bonus.
When we come back to visit Atlantic Heights will be the first call we make.
Well Done to the management (Marilyn & Reuben) & Thank You
Diane & Paul

This B&B is a must if you are visiting St Ives, the rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and with every facility that you could require. Parking was a bit tight, but no major issue, and if you are walking down to town, make sure that you are fit enough to walk back up the hill. the only problem for us was that we did not book early enough to get the sea view rooms that were fantastic (Got to have a look in). Enough negatives, this is a quality guest house with very friendly hosts, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We spent a lovely four days in St. Ives, staying in Room 5 at Atlantic Heights. We were given a very warm and friendly welcome by Reuben and Marilyn, who went out of their way to make our short honeymoon break comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable, in a very unobtrusive way. Reuben very kindly picked us up from the train station, and there was a botte of champagne and flowers waiting for us in our room. The room was extremely comfortable (the bed and duvet were very luxurious), spotlessly clean and very attractively decorated. We had delicious breakfasts of fresh fruit, fresly brewed tea and coffee and beautifully cooked - and very generous - hot breakfasts. The B+B is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from the town, only the last 200 yards or so of which is up hill...but the climb is amply compensated for by the lovely views from Atlantic Heights. All in all we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend Atlantic Heights to anyone. Thanks Reuben and Marilyn!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Atlantic Heights.
We booked it after reading reviews on this site and certainly weren't disappointed! It's definitely a cut above any other B&B we have been to before, with spotlessly clean modern decor and not a chintz bedspread in sight!
We stayed in Room 5, which is the family room at the back of the house and very spacious with a leather sofa, flat screen tv and tassimo machine as well as the huge comfy bed, in fact everything you'd need for a relaxing break.
It was easy to find, thanks to the driving directions on their website and we were able to park in an allocated space right outside. The location is ideal overlooking Porthmeor Beach and it's just a short walk down the hill into the town.
Lastly (but by no means least!) Marilyn and Reuben made us feel very welcome and provided a great vegetarian breakfast for us each day as well as creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again sometime in the near future.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five nights, and although we thought it was an above average B&B and fairly good value for money, we were rather put off by the fact that the towels and bed-linen had an unpleasant, unwashed smell and the room itself was very dark. However I think a couple of the rooms overlook the sea and are more spacious, so they're probably the ones to go for. The breakfast was good and the room was imaginatively decorated, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. It was also quite a long walk from the centre of St Ives, and when you're coming back from a night on the town, the last thing you want is a trek up a high hill!

My Mum and I stayed at Atlantic heights for 5 nights in September and I have to say I agree with all the comments made by guests
so far on this site. The location is great, a wonderful view over St Ives and a short walk into town with parking available at the
B&B.

We had room 2, the twin room, which is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Flatscreen TVs, fluffy robes and Molton Brown toiletries are all provided and the ensuite was spacious and the shower was fab!

The breakfast was certainly one of the best I've had at a B&B and there was a real choice, everything we had was delicious! We
stayed at another B&B on our way home which just did not compare to Atlantic Heights and made us realise how spoiled we had been there.

Of course the thing that is really impressive about this place is the hosts Reuben and Marilyn who obviously work very hard to
provide this level of service while making it seem effortless and who really take the time to talk to their guests without
being intrusive. They made us so welcome and create a great atmosphere amongst fellow guests, by the end of our stay it was more like staying with friends than at a guest house. Breakfast from now on will be very boring without them!
I wish them every success with their business and hope to return one day!
