Eleven Sea View Terrace is a shining example of a first rate B&B. From the quality of comfort, decor and breakfast to the warm welcome and repartee of Grahame and John, this establishment is the perfect stay when visiting this stunning Cornish town. I stayed in suite 2 on the top floor whish is spacious and has a great view overlooking the harbour and town. We even had daily visits from 'Jonathan' the friendly seagull who is very curious of the guests in suite 2! The hosts give great recommendations for places to eat and visit and know the area and town well. The B&B is located on a very quiet street and is only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and the harbour front. I highly recommend a few nights here.

Room tip: suite 2 (top floor) has excellent views across the town and harbour.

Then this little spot will make your heart sing.
Here's a place for you to cherish.
Head for 11 Sea View Terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Seaview Terrace. Suite 2 was spacious and very comfortable.Grahame and John offered really useful advice. They are great hosts. Moreover, 11 Seaview terrace is ideally located for the town centre and the beaches and it also offers parking space. We would recommend it to everyone who wants to explore St Ives and the surrounding area.

Boutique B&B of the highest standard, with fabulous views across St. Ives, over the harbour and towards the Island from Suite One whatever the weather. Ideal comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day exploring the town. All round very high standards and genuinely friendly hosts who know their location and can recommend activities and restaurants from personal experience. We had a fantastic stay.

Room tip: Suite One has a bay window
