“Wonderfully relaxing”
Reviewed 14 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

A lovely well looked after cabin with all the home comforts you need and little extras like tea and coffee available when you arrive (just in case you have not had time to go shopping). The hot tub was a wonderful end to each day. Only a one minute walk from the cliff tops so we even watched the sun rise one windy morning. Lovely site everything well maintained and tranquil. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We hope to come back soon.

“Great place to stay for a quiet, relaxing holiday”
Reviewed 17 January 2015 for a stay in January 2015

This is was our second visit to Chi Prenn Byhan and once again we were not disappointed with this lodge. It was warm and cosy, having everything needed for a relaxing break. The open plan living room/kitchen has floor to ceiling windows and because of its situation in this small, carefully attended park at Bossiney, even on a cold Winter's day, we were able to look out and enjoy the panoramic view of the countryside. The lodge has the advantage of two bedrooms, one with en suite, all tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The outside decking provided a place to eat when it was warm enough (as I did when we visited in the Summer) and the hot tub was an extra bonus to be enjoyed. The Bossiney area is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall, and walkers have the advantage of the many coastal paths just minutes from the door. There are plenty of good eating places in nearby Tintagel and we particularly liked the Farmshop and Café at Boscastle which provided excellent light meals and Sunday lunch. We will be returning again.

“Absolutely beautiful!”
Reviewed 21 February 2014 for a stay in January 2014

Hi Carole, I've been meaning to write a review for a few weeks now but just haven't got around to it, we booked a 7 night stay at Chi Prenn Byhan through hoseasons, I wasn't sure what to expect but all I can say from the moment I turned the key in the front door I wanted to move in! We absolutely loved the place, the lodge is stunningly beautiful with everything (and I mean everything, if not more) you could possibly need for a nice relaxing week away. We walked into a warm cosy open plan living / dining / kitchen area and we instantly felt at home, lovely sliding doors leading to the verandah with amazing views, also housing the extremely large hot tub that we spent a Huge amount of time in (just perfect).
The kitchen has every utensil you can think of and would rival any professional kitchen.
The bathroom was spotless with a bath and overhead shower,
The main double bedroom is fantastic with a massive sliding wardrobe, plenty of storage space and a beautiful comfortable bed, and not forgetting the ensuite which again was spotless with a massive shower enclosure. The whole lodge was beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. I cannot praise the place enough and we will be returning again, the only downside was that we only booked 1 week, I would have happily stayed for a month! Thank you so much to the park staff who looked after us but above all Thank you to Carole (the lodge owner) for making the place as beautiful as it is!
