“Wonderful Dartmouth”
Reviewed 12 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Loved the accommodation , great views from the balcony / lounge. Everything we needed was there. can recommend the Round Robin trip ( boat to Totnes for coffee or lunch , bus to Paignton , Steam train to Dartmouth ) also ferry to Dittescombe for lunch at the pub. We loved the Dolphin Pub and the Cherub and can recommend the Royal Castle Hotel for evening meal , Rockfish for takeaway fish and chips and Café Alf Fresco for breakfast/brunch. Rockfish and Alf Fresco are just down the steps from the apartment. Bring a travel iron as one is not supplied.

“Holidaying at it's best”

Another wonderful holiday at this very lovely property. The property was well equipped with everything you needed for a restful holiday, with the added bonus of outstanding views across the river from the balcony, plenty of boating activity going on and you can see the steam trains across at Kingswear. You are situated within two minutes from the delightful town of Dartmouth so no need to worry about getting provisions or going out to eat, its all on your doorstep. It's a really nice place to stroll around.

“Location, location, location”
Reviewed 21 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

It was our third year returning to the property. I don't think we'll ever get used to the stunning view from the balcony. Our littleones (ages 3&5) were delighted to return to the "boathouse" and we're already booked for next year. It is very comfortable - the overall quality is of a high standard.
The property is located near the centre and everything is within walking distance. South Hams has lots to do not least the lovely beaches within a short drive. We enjoy lovely breakfasts/lunces and dinners in Dartmouth.
Highly recommended!

“Excellent location, fabulous views”
Reviewed 25 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We really enjoyed our holiday last week. The accommodation is comfortable and is in an excellent location with plenty to do and see within walking distance. The views from the balcony are fabulous and there is so much going on to watch. We parked the car in the main car park - this was no problem at all. In fact we hardly used the car - there is lots to do in Dartmouth and we took ferries and the bus. So relaxing.

Our second visit to Dart View.
The view from the lounge is fantastic regardless of the weather. There is always something happening on the rive.
Dartmouth itself offers a variety of attractions and plenty of good eating.
The parking pass is a great help as it can sometimes be difficult to find parking in the town

This is our second stay at this lovely apartment. All mod cons and tastefully decorated. Immaculately clean on arrival - comfy lounge and good bed, great to sit on balcony watching Dartmouth boat life. Parking permit great for main car park but no probs parking on street at night. Dartmouth arms, Royal castle and floating bridge all excellent food and dog friendly fantastic walks in area - thanks for allowing our lab to stay as well
