Perfect location and flat with all that we needed including parking - a must in this busy town - within walking distance of shops and transportation.

“The best we have stayed in”

We have been to Dartmouth a few times and previously rented places which advertised 'parking' which turned out to be a permit to park in the town car park - which is frequently full! So the first big plus with this lovely apartment was it has it's own parking space just around the back. It's super clean, modern, spacious and very well equipped. The location is great being just across the road from the river so although it has no outside space of it's own you can easily just step outside and sit on one of the many benches by the riverside. With an M&S foodstore just around the corner and all the shops and restaurants a few minutes level away it ticks all our boxes.

Stayed here in August.Although stayed at the peak of the summer it was very good value for the accommodation. Excellent location, not far to walk into town but also very handy for the ferry should you require. Quiet location, having your own parking spot an added bonus.
Excellent M&S food outlet nearby,v handy to walk to; should you need to use the car M&S
have a carpark.
The appartment is very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet no noisy neighbours, even though the lift is next to the appartment it does not cause any problems which is
very convenient.

“Top quality Apartment”

I spent three nights in this beautifully presented apartment in Dartmouth. It's location is ideal - minutes away from the centre of the town and right on the waterfront. It also has a private parking space around the back which is priceless in Dartmouth - a town where parking is very limited!
The apartment itself is very modern and extremely comfortable. Everything is spotless making it a very pleasant stay indeed. I did very little cooking whilst there but you could quite happily cook yourself some nice meals in the small but well equipped kitchen. Lounge and bedroom are very comfortable - particularly the recliner sofa!
In short - a very good value short let which I'd love to return to.

“WOW! This is good”

A superb flat on the second floor of a modern block right on the riverside. Everything was right from the location to the quality of all the fixtures and fittings. This is the only holiday let I have ever stayed that uses Mermaid cookware and has matching sets of Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery.

Comfy clean and just about perfect. The only downer is the access which whist manageable would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues more severe than my arthritis. 11 steps to the front door mean that disabled access will be poor but they do warn you.

Hints and Tips - M&S around the corner, good pubs nearby ( I recommend the Floating Bridge for a reasonably priced meal)Boats about 50 yards down the embankment.

This place is really good and what is more is not expensive.

6 Lee Court was a great place to stay in the heart of Dartmouth. Everything you could need was a short walk away, including a great fish & chip shop and an M&S. The apartment itself was very modern and you felt instantly at home, the sort of place you looked forward to getting back to after a long day walking. Attention to detail was obvious, will all the fixtures and fittings well fitted and of high quality. I'm SHORE we'll be back!
