Quad world is a great attraction near exeter , we regulary visit with our younger and older children as a family also taking friends . Its got plenty of parking with a cafe area and also caters with adults and children with disabilities . the staff and owner are a great bunch always friendly and very happy to help no matter how big or small the problem . Very reasonable prices they have a small track for beginners and the bigger pro track for the little bit more advanced very well worth the visit , we visit alot with our children with disabilities and able bodied children will be advising to all friends / family .

Thank ann h

this was booked for my surprise birthday and boy was i surprised. Having not been on a quad bike before the briefing was brilliant and the quad tracks exactly what we wanted we went as a group of 12 people from my grandson who is 8 right up to me and it was my 65th. i loved it and i especially thought the staff were kind thoughtful, a chair outside for my wife, and showing us both tracks and giving us options before we rode. We decided to both tracks and it was just marvellous the bigger quads are powerful and great fun. We also used their BBQ on site qhich is free and had a splendid day - cant wait for my 70th thank you to my family and to quad World. You made me very happy.

Total Dog poo.

We arrived at Quad world to be greeted by the owner, who has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. He rushed through the packages with us, and recomended the higher priced experience's, as they are bigger bikes. This gentlemen gave a 30 second safety brief on the bikes, which was appalling, he sat on a quad bike, and mumbled ' keep your feet off the ground, pretty straight forward, just a quad bike' .. As a group we did find this gash introduction to their health and safety brief rather amusing. None of us had ever been on a quad bike before, so we pretty much had to figure to out for ourselves... brilliant.

As we set off on to a little warm up trail, on tiny children blue bikes we had to do 5 laps around this juvenile loop. Which they failed to tell us is part of your 10 lap ''extreme experience'' NEXT JOKE.

meanwhile one of our group were told she wasn't accelerating properly up the hill therefore wasn't able to complete the track (even though she drives a motorbike) and had to sit out... IT WAS A TRAIL. no offer of tips by the 14 year old stewards they had observing the tiny track. Then as we had paid extra for the yellow quad bikes.

We were brought to a larger track on the crappy kids bikes, i asked the steward will we will using the yellow quad as some point he sniggered and said no?!? I explained to him we had paid to use the bigger ones, and will we be getting a refund he said nah the boss is pretty old fashioned he doesn't do that.. And proceeded to tell me that he does this to everyone, and they have used those bikes in weeks dispute charging them to customers, at no point were we briefed on what to expect, any safety!! or told the reason we were not going to be riding the bigger bikes!

other then being an extreme rip-off and his staff slagging the place off that the owner cons people. It was boring, maybe for children it would be exiting driving around in circles, i would never go here again, has anyone has this experience here too?

Fabulous place! Kids and adults loved it. Staff were all really friendly and patient with the kids. Owner was lovely and helpful. Quads were perfect for the kids and adult one were very good. Adult circuit could be slightly more exciting, but it did justice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. It's a great outing for all ages but on the expensive side.
