“Awful bed”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 April 2014

Hard bed. Winter weight duvet which was far too hot and no alternative weight duvet available, just a sheet. Bedroom window could not be opened so no fresh air. First stay in a Premier Inn, never again.

Stayed for one night on our way to Cornwall. Booked in advance so only paid £29, but is well worth its normal full price. Was wonderful! Hadn't been open for long, so everything still shiny and new. Great decor. Amazing bed. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again

Fabulous stay, warm welcoming staff, clean stylish rooms. We had a family room for 4 with plenty of room & towels supplied for us all. Ate at the restaurant next door which was very good service & choice of food etc.

Upon arrival were greeted by a smiling and friendly lady. This hotel is new with clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Wifi 30 minutes free then £3 daily charge which is very reasonable. Sufficient onsite parking is also clean, breakfast at Brewers Fayre is best (compare with Park/Holiday Inn or Express) plus kids eat free. All very friendly staff.
The only snag is rooms are not very soundproof, we had ground floor room & could hear footstep/movement from floor above.
It is in a quiet area with not much around, but a great base to explore Exeter, as Exmouth is only 15 minutes away. There is a train station and park & ride opposite side of the road. Children loved the milk shake in Exeter University cafe. Visit to Exeter University is a must, the grand grounds walk would burn a few hundred calories. There are drive paths those with ltd mobility. Great 4 overnight stay for those on way to Cornwall.

Slept like a log, the best bed ever - might even buy one!
This is a new hotel near to the M5 and very clean- the only problem it’s a short drive into Exeter on a busy road.
Staff were very friendly and willing to help.
