I am at a loss to put into words how terrible this place is. With the exception of one lad, all the staff were surly, miserable and very rude. There drinks were expensive and the food was of a standard you would expect of a 1970's motorway service station. For people who work in the hospitality industry they could do with buying a dictionary and looking the word hospitality up, because their understanding of it is not the same as the rest of the world's.
