I could have spent hours reading the many letters regarding the flood in 1952, but other than that, noting really grabbed my attention

“Quaint”
Reviewed 1 June 2013

What a lovely little Museum, nooks and crannies everywhere you think you have seen everything until you turn the next corner, well worth the £1 entry fee, if you visit Lynton you must make a trip here.

“Very Interesting”

The use of water for electricity generation has been around a while, but this is more than that Also a very nice riverside walk to the waterfall.

“Good way to spend an hour or so.”
Reviewed 13 April 2013

Rather squashed up but a pleasant place to visit to get a bit more of a feel for life in a small rural community over the last couple of hundred years. £1 entrance fee very reasonable.

“Small and perfectly formed”

Unique archive of local history built from donations and contributions of local people. Well worth the tiny admission price for an insight into the living history of Lynton.
