After dinning at the oak room, I was dubious about trying another restaurant which was trying to be different in Lynton. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was good, with large portions and was served in a relax manner. Both the garlic bread with cheese (which is a must!) and pizza were huge, fresh and full of flavour. My partner ordered a pasta which was equally as good, but lacked that 'kick'. When we asked for chilli oil, it was slightly bland and unfortunately they didn't have any Tabasco which was a shame as it would have added some much needed flavour. Restaurant was clean and contemporary and did lack a bit of an atmosphere but the wine list does make up for this! Definitely worth a visit.

Great to see this old building once again put to good use. Very welcoming staff, very good real fresh-made pizza (they cater happily for vegans and veggies, too) a short but good wine list and all at good prices. The salad bar is a tad unimaginative, but generally the thought and effort put into the place make it well worth a visit (or two) - all in all, another fine feather in Lynton`s gastronomic cap.

This has just opened this year and the food is excellent. made the mistake of ordering 2 garlic bread to start and they turned out to be the size of a large pizza each so be warned. Great variety of toppings.
They also do a 'buffet' eat as much as you like for about £8.00 each including salad bar
Well worth a try

We visited this restaurant not expecting the best italian food but expecting value for money.
What we experienced was the worst we had ever come across. We both had gone for the meatballs with tagliatelle, at £10:95 we at least expected real meat, what we got was the same
small meatballs made from formed meat of some sort that you get from the tinned meatballs from
campbells in supermarkets , while these are nice not what you would want to have in a restaurant
for this price. The pasta was hard not cooked properly. We watched the man in kitchen take these
items from freezer put in glass bowl and put in microwave, not very good at all. The value surely could be no more than £5. The side orders of chips which there was only 10 of was £1:95. The garlic bread on the other hand was nice, so possibly pizza's are there better fare.
They did look quite good. With a glass of Rose £5:80 and 1 pint lager the total bill was just
under £37 .
