Got to Lynton quite late after walking the coast path so phoned ahead to say when we'd arrive which thankfully wasn't a problem. Room was OK, decent range of stuff for breakfast. About half a mile from Lynton. Would stay there again.

We were lucky to get the last available room at this fantastic B&B. John and his wife were wonderful hosts - greeted with tea and cake on arrival and a scrummy breakfast the following morning. Our room was spacious, so comfortable and bathroom large with everything you could want. Tea, biscuits and coffee supplied in our room. Free wi-fi and ample parking. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay again if we find ourselves in Lynton again.

Room Tip: I would say every room would be fantastic.

We stayed at Pine Lodge for three nights in July. The location was superb with views over the valley and hills. Our room was so comfortable and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious each morning and our hosts,Linda and John were so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be able to walk into Lynton and then continue into Lynmouth(via the cliff railway). Great weekend and we look forward to returning.

We stayed here for 2 nights to recharge our batteries and was exactly what We had a beautifully clean front room overlooking the valley and a 10 minute walk into town on a flat footpath with incredible views. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, fresh fruit, compote, yogurt, cereals and also full English, bacon buttie or scrambled eggs and salmon. Hosts Gillian and Tony were lovely and very welcoming, greeting us with a cuppa and cake when we arrived. Wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this bed and breakfast...thank you so much

We checked in here after our drive from Cheshire to Cornwall had been dragged out due to a couple of awful accidents on the M5. We arrived in the dark to a very comfortable, welcoming room and awoke the following morning to a fabulous view of the valley and hills. The sun was shining and the setting so gorgeous we booked in for a second night and spent the day cycling the Tarka trail and exploring the local area. Lots of restaurants to choose from for dinner a short and pleasant walk from the B and B on our second evening.. John and Linda couldn't be more welcoming and we noticed lovely little touches indicating that they really do want your stay to be as good as it can be. We liked it so much, we hope to visit again!

We stayed 2 nights in this beautifully located Guest House. Excellent room, friendly and helpful service and just the kind of breakfast you need for a day of walking the moor. Pine Lodge has a great view over the surrounding hills and is just 15 minutes walk from the center of Lynton.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in this wonderful guest house. It is in a very quiet location about a 15 minute walk outside the centre of the town of Lynton, where there are several very good restaurants (our host John kindly advised us on some when we arrived) and access to some fabulous walks (the Valley of Rocks is a must!). Our room was very comfortable and clean as was the rest of the cosy guesthouse, with a lovely guest lounge and breakfast dining area. Breakfast was excellent - there is a choice of cooked food and/or cereal and fruit - all of it very fresh and tasty! John and Linda are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome; we were provided with a pot of tea and some very delicious cake on arrival and John gave us some information and leaflets on the area. We would love to return to this beautiful part of Exmoor and go on some more walks; I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others looking for a relaxing place to stay! Thank you very much and we hope to return soon! :)

Room Tip: We had room 2 which had a "valley view" - it was lovely and quiet!
