Lovely greeting on arrival, comfortable clean and modern rooms. Reception staff very helpful and cheerful. Location excellent, easy access to the barbican and into town making it ideal for theatre and restaurants. If booked in advance this offers great value for money, would recommend to family and friends.

Excellant reception on arrival . Room very clean and breakfast good too. Not far from the Barbican to eat although you do have the option of eating in.

All staff that we met were extremely friendly.

We would recommend to all our family and friends.

Room Tip: We stayed on the first floor and overlooked the water. I would go on top floor next time to avoid n...

Excellent budget hotel, warm, clean and friendly staff. I travelled from the North of Scotland during local flooding and my journey time was significantly disrupted. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk to bars and restauranmts in the Barbican. Allowed us a later check out on day of departure to link in with flight times. Did not eat in the restaurant, however, had a few drinks there, warm and cosy atmosphere. Only negative point is that the beds are a standard double and seemed quite short in length (not great when you are 5'11), however, the beds were firm and comfortable.

Would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed one night with a family group and we occupied three ground floor rooms. Somebody played football, or some game that involved running up and down the rooms above us, (in heavy boots ) for about an hour from 9;30pm.
Ok it was a busy Friday evening, with a couple of groups of (military?) young men staying there. Otherwise room was usual good standard with all the usual Premier Inn cleanliness.
Breakfast was very good, at the Table Table Restaurant, just across the car park
A short walk away are several chain restaurants (Nandos etc)
We are fans of Premier Inn and this is one is a good place to stay with easy access to the city centre.

Our family group of 14 were in Plymouth to attend the Royal Navy Passing Out Parade of a family member, and stayed at Lockyers Quay for two nights. It;s got a great view of the water and working boats, it's near the National Marine Aquarium, Barbican, bowling alley, cinema, rail, transport links and the continental ferry terminal for France and Spain. The room was a good size with a large flat screen t v and provided modern, clean and comfortable accommodation. The Table Table restaurant is across the free car park and serves very tasty pub grub type food and was good value. Premier Inn have an meal offer on, (£22.99 per person for a three course meal, a drink and eat as much as you like Premier breakfast) you need to pre-pay at the hotel reception. The staff were friendly and professional. Book as early as possible before your stay for the best hotel deals.

Everything you would expect - reliable comfort, some unimportant corners cut (e.g. with the toiletries provided), nice staff. The location is great.

The pre-paid breakfast was excellent value, esp as the 2 children paid nothing.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel as one side has a very busy road.

Spent a night here. It is pretty much next door to the Premier Inn Sutton Harbour as well as being 10 mins walk from the Barbican. There is quite a good sized car park with the staff friendly and helpful. There is no lift and the room i had is large with a large flat screen tv. The view was ok but bed quite comfy.

Hotel was very clean and felt secure for leaving the car.

Overall hotel , clean, quiet with friendly staff.

Room Tip: Try and avoid a room near the stairs of by a fire door.
