Stayed 2 nights end of October 2013. Good sized room, quiet, good nights sleep both nights. Very convenient for Barbican via footbridge, short walk to the hoe and the city centre.
Didn't eat at the hotels own restaurant as there is so much other choice nearby, both at the Barbican and at the leisure park just down the road which also has a bowling alley and a cinema. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel. Lovely big clean room with amazing bed. Staff here are very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Walking distance from the lively Barbican area that has loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also just across the road from the Aquarium. Breakfast served in the pub just across the car park - very nice- all hot food cooked to order instead of buffet (you can still have as much as you like!)
Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Plymouth

Stayed 2 nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was large and bathroom OK. No air con but fan provided and window opened about 4 inches. Breakfast was at Table Table across the car park and was very good. Had dinner there on both nights also very good

Room Tip: I doubt there is much difference in room locations as they are well away from major roads.

This is a restaurant you would go to if you wanted good friendly service, average but good quality food and good value.
An all round good place to take your family of four, babies welcome, nice relaxed atmosphere - good wine!

Really helpful and informative staff, very clean and comfortable rooms (even a choice of pillows). The breakfast was well served and tasty and actually made to order - although the restaurant was busy, we didn't wait long (however our food was on the cold side and a big chain had no gluten free bread handy in the freezer) We've stayed in Premier Inns before and they are all very good.

Room Tip: The two Premier Inns (Sutton and Lockyer Quay) are actually adjacent although they are approached fr...

The staff at this premier inn are very helpful, we were given a room facing the marina and a fan as they remembered from last time that I like the windows open and get hot! his is up to premier inns usual high standard. It is a good location for visiting Plymouth, very near the Barbican- for eating, boat trips - or just boat watching. The super Aquarium is also nearby, and the town centre, Hoe and shops are all within easy walking distance- even for a 60+ oldie like me.

Room Tip: If you want it quieter ask for rooms facing the marina

My stay was terrible. I was four nights. Wen we check in the lady Michelle was not welcome, not smile on face. And wen we checked our room ,was hair in the bathroom, which I did not like. Michelle said " ok I will check. "no apologies . Conditioner is not in a hotel room ,ventilator work loud, and when the window opens it is sound from outside.Bed hard, synthetic pillows, feather pillows did not have. And worst of it is that the walls are thin, you hear the neighbors, and who lives above you is even worse, because when they walk even a lamp moves ,not relax at night. Only one night I sleep well, because no one was above our room.I could not wait to go home to have rest.
And the restaurant service and food one evening was very good but the next evening very poor. Can you believe it, when we received your food,my wife asked to change to another her meal, because for he was not tasty(salmon salad was wilted and was only cabbage ) Rachel(duty manager) stated that you will need to pay for wastage, instead to sold out the problem ,he argued wit me.Finally the changed to another food, but waitress did not say enjoy the meal, just dropped food to my wife and go. It was horrible, the service never seen anywhere. My wife lost appetite. The worst that instead of sold out the problem, they made it a worse. They are worried about the wastage than focusing on good service that the customer is happy. The receptionist Simon was the only understanding and offered us complimentary breakfast for one day. A bad experience I do Remembering the long run.

Room Tip: requires additional thin soft mattraces , and pillows of feather.Room size very good
