We stayed here for a few nights and found it in a good location as near everything, however our room was facing the road and industrial estate and was quite noisy. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant next door served great food at a reasonable price. Room did get very hot but they are currently having air con installed and they have put a fan in the room to try and help. Overall a good stay.

Great stay at the premier inn, Plymouth. No problems whatsoever. Clean and comfortable beds (most importantly) Would recommend to others. Close to the harbour where we spent time walking with the fresh air and calmness of the area. Great time

Room Tip: Ground floor was perfect

Stayed at this hotel on the 5th March had a room overlooking the harbour which was lovely and quiet.the room was big and spotless the staff as usual we're first class from check in to check out nothing to much trouble.the breakfast was lovely and hot all you can eat.there is work being carried out in the rooms air con being fitted in the rooms but don't let this put you off.the only problem is the car park gets taken up by the workers vans.the car park is only small would be nice if the vans could park somewhere else and leave it for the guest.

This Premier Inn was ideal for what we wanted for a midweek stay. There are one or two things that other contributors, and their own site, made us aware of before we arrived. Parking outside can be an issue - especially when we stayed as a number of bays were take up by construction work for fitting the new air - con on site. Simple answer get you car booked in and use the larger car park in Lockyers next door. It was all of 3 to 4 minutes walk back.

Noise can be a problem if you are a very light sleeper - ask for a room facing the car park- it is quieter and you get a nice view overlooking the boats.

The staff were very good- polite and helpful in reception and in housekeeping. Absolutely no problems. Extra towel required- just ask.

The food was pretty good as well. Had an evening meal and breakfast in the on site restaurant. As usual Thyme restaurants offer a reasonable selection on the menu- which was served pleasantly by the waitress. On the evening we were there the drinks waitress could have paid more attention to getting the orders correct and to the table. Fortunately we had a good waitress who sorted us out.

Overall a very enjoyable stay

Room Tip: Ask about rooms facing car park- their own site says that there is road noise
