“Excellent cream tea and ice cream”
Reviewed 17 August 2014

Lots of room to run around and roll down the hill. Interesting crafts, great tea room and lovely little village. The forge is very interesting, great for presents and souvenirs.

“Open space for all and fantastic craftsmen”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 via mobile

We visited twice first on the traditional fete day and then a few days later. This is a wonderful open space people were picnicking teaching children to ride bikes and playing games on our second visit.
The cricket pitch is a sight to behold as the wicket seems to be the only flat area and the remains of the pitch are on steepish slopes.
The craftsmen are amazing and the chocolate shop is not to be missed.

“Engagement!”
Reviewed 10 August 2014

Absolutely beautiful place! The first time we went there we looked around at all the arts and crafts shops, the church and the beautiful grounds. We then went there the next day to the church that had a service and I don't go to church really but this was lovely the service was really nice and the people there were lovely. We visited a couple of times with our daughter and it is lovely she enjoyed the horses and the horse and carriage. We have also bought some brilliant art work made from the glass which changes colour with the different light.

In December we went to see the winter wonderland and it was brilliant Santa was excellent I really cant say a bad thing about this place. Finally in December when looking around the fantastic grounds I asked my now fiancé to marry me so it makes this place even more special for us.

“You have to visit! ”
Reviewed 9 August 2014 via mobile

I absolutely loved this place. The studios are varied and offer great quality and value for money. I bought a piece of original art work for £20 and a beautifully hand crafted wooden car as a gift. The tea shop / cafe is great - I would highly recommend the afternoon tea, it was amazing. A beautiful place to spend a few hours in.
