On the last day of our fortnight here and as always the hotel has been fantastic, nothing is a problem for the staff and the owners have made some great improvements inside and out. Entertainment has been of the highest quality again and our room has been kept spotless at all times. Had a great time and cant wait for our return next summer. Thanks to Sue, Denise and Bettty for another brilliant relaxing fortnight.

I run a cleaning and hygiene supplies business in sunny Torbay and visit a lot of hotels every week, generally we are able to give demonstrations and show a big difference of before and after using our cleaning product but that was not the case here. There was simply NO grease or dirt to be found in their kitchen at all anywhere (not good for me). In my opinion you can rest assured that this hotel is as clean behind the scenes as it is throughout the rest of the hotel, a tightly run ship with friendly staff and owners.

We've been there in our spring holiday.
A very nice welcome, a beautiful room with view on the garden and beautiful swimming pool and good meals.
It's a hotel with good and cozy atmosphere

We have just spent a great week here ,a little concerned about taking two teens with us but all worries soon disapeared . The hotel is nicely placed that the teens can jump on a bus and in a few minutes can be on the sea front and harbour where there is loads to do . The hotel itself is very welcoming everybody is so friendly .My son celerbrated his 18th birthday on our second day they put up birthday banners in the dinning room and made such a fuss of him it turned into a great fun birthday. The rooms are nice with everything you need , the food is lovely ,we even asked for recipes for the gorgeous deserts . Nearby there are shops and pubs all within walking distance But if you just want to chill then a lazy day around the pool with a cold drink will hit the spot .We would love to go back again some time soon .

This family run hotel was easy to find; has free parking and pleasantly appointed accomodation; a good cooked-to-order breakfast; and a welcome that surpasses many others. The Seabury provides a safe harbour in a quiet area, with good access to local beaches as well as Torquay bay. I would be happy to return with my grandchildren and/or older relatives as I am sure all would recieve the same friendly attention. The bar is comfortable with no undesirable elements and the pool/garden is entirely enclosed, safe, and private. Denise, Betti and Sue and their team all work with cheerful enthusiasm; their success is well-deserved.

Room Tip: State your needs/priorities and I am sure you will be accommodated.

My wife and I have just spent 4 days at the Seabury. As with most hotels there are little faults but overall the owners and staff could not be faulted. We look forward to our next visit , hopefully later this year. We couldnt fault the welcome, the service or the food at the hotel and when the matriach of the family called me young man ...what can one say? I am 63 so looking forward to see you all again........Lyn and Yvonne Richards

Firstly upon arriving at the hotel we were met with a very warm welcome, from this family ran hotel.

We picked the Seabury for a few days to see the sites of Torquay and surrounding area. Although it is a reasonable walk to the seafront of Torbay, it is more than made up for with it's proximity to Babbicombe down. Next time we are heading to Torquay we will be stopping there again.
