Another superb stay with Dawn. Excellent breakfast, spotless rooms. the four of us really enjoyed our stay.Oscar the dog is a lovely friendly one who greets you on your return.Went back to The Hole In The Wall oldest restaurant in Torquay just down the road from Dawn.Food is outstanding, we have had four different meals everyone superb, Would not hesitate to go back to Ashleigh House when we return to torquay.

Room Tip: All of Dawn's rooms are spotless its in a lovely quiet location but near to the harbour for fun

My family and I have stayed in Ashleigh House for the past 3 years on short stays and we have never been let down!

The breakfast is always of an excellent standard with plenty of variety, the room was always kept clean and tidy and the bathrooms were simply immaculate!

Oscar (the very friendly dog) is wonderfully cared for and it was lovely to wake up to an affectionate hello from him every morning.

Perfectly located for easy access to the seaside and stunning views of the coast.

Dawn is a brilliant host and I hope we shall be visiting for many years to come!

Room Tip: If you have a family of 5, see if you can get Room 1, it's the perfect room!

A wonderful short stay at Ashleigh house. Dawn made us very welcome with a fantastic breakfast which was very varied and plentiful.
Excellent value for money and we will be definitely booking again at Ashleigh house on our return to Torquay.
Oscar the dog was a delight and an added bonus to a great bed and breakfast.
We would recommend visiting Kents Caverns in Torquay for an interesting and fun filled guided tour.
An ideal location for the running enthusiast, being so close to the beach and cliffs.

Julian, and Julia

Room Tip: Room 7 was ideal for a family, being nicely decorated with a good view.

Well what can I say more than the title, what an excellent B&B, Dawn is lovely (and Oscar). the room was perfect every little touch is well though out, even the end of the loo roll was folded lol.
Breakfast was amazing couldn't get better, Dawn`s attention to detail was evident over the whole house, the folder written by Dawn about the house and area was very polite and informative.
Our stay there was perfect from start to finish, We will be going back for sure with our daughters and would recommend to anyone. Dawn gets 10 out of 10 from us. Graham & Kirsti from Bournemouth.
