Very enjoyable stay. All staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They catered very well for my daughter who has a nut allergy. The kitchen staff provided her with a menu of things that were safe for her to eat so we were very impressed.
The only problem we had was the room was very hot during the night even though we turned the thermostat off and opened the window.
Apart from that we couldn't fault our stay and would certainly go back.

The room was excellent. The local amenities are very good and varied. There is a very pleasant walk through the gardens and along the sea front to the town.

The whole experience was great and took me back to my youth.

The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was also a unique experience and it was good to see the action plan for a potential fire worked.

We stayed here for a wedding and initially were a bit upset with the cost, however; when we got there we were quite pleased and it was actually good value for money.

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and a good size.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the wedding reception was lovely.

The breakfast was plentiful and the waiting staff were attentive.

This hotel is part of a complex made up of 4 other hotels, all joined together. It is a bit of a warren and we did spend the first night wandering around looking for various rooms eg. games room, internet cafe, dining room.

We forgot to take our swimming costumes and we were so upset. The swimming pools looked fabulous (indoor and outdoor).

The other clientelle in the hotels were significantly older than the wedding party we were with, probably attracted by the full size indoor bowls pitch.

We had a fun time here and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

Please be aware that parking is very limited at this hotel. DO NOT park on the road outsize, you will get a ticket.

I visited with my mother, daughter and her four young children ranging in age from 9 years down to 18 months.
We were made to feel extremely welcome, as always, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
The rooms (terrace) were excellent and the beds were extemely comfortable. It was nice having adjacent rooms as my daughter had the two youngest in with her whilst my mother and myself had the older two.
I felt the food was very good and if anything had improved from our previous visit. There is a good choice with a childrens menu available.
The children loved all the facilities available for them to take part in and the 18 month enjoyed going in the swimming pool with the others and also running around in the Yellow Submarine.
Overall our stay at the Toorak was, as always, excellent.

Great place to stay with children. Service everywhere was fantastic, couldn't have asked for much more. It was very busy due to half term, but still had a great time.
