This was my second time at this wonderful little bistro, and I was amazed that it was even better than the first time. Why...???...because Gordon has now switched all of his home made sauces to gluten-free! Apparently he's also going to make some gluten-free sticky toffee puddings...can't wait to go back and try those!
This time I started with scallops in a lentil sauce (10 out of 10) followed by a perfectly cooked succulent fillet of Turbot (11 out of 10) with perfectly cooked fresh vegetables and crispy fried potatoes. YUUUUUUM!
Washed down with the fruity Hardy's rosé of course. (Hazel's watchful eye noticed when I was ready for another glass.)
The home made Bailey's and white chocolate iced parfait rounded off my meal (and my belly) perfectly.
I'm already looking forward to visit number 3. This place will be in my memory for a long time.
