This was a Valentine's surprise from my boyfriend. It was of course a busy weekend but not once were we made to feel like we weren't important and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually live in Devon and so know the area well. I have been to The Osborne Hotel before to have dinner/drinks etc but this was the first time I have stayed over. We stayed in one of the suites overlooking the sea/gardens and the views were breathtaking-you really could've been anywhere in the world. We went swimming (the pool isn't huge and i wouldn't say it would be incredibly interesting for children as it is just a simple pool), but the sauna etc are lovely and quiet.
They supply an ipod dock and little bathroom accessories and fresh dressing gowns. The suite was incredibly beautiful and decorated wonderfully. It had two large rooms - not including the bathroom. The hotel is literally a one minute walk to the beach and not far to walk into town (around 10 mins).
Would definitely visit again - my only complaint is that i we didn't book more than one night!More
