This is a lovely hotel! Room 2 was small but very cosy & clean......a great nights sleep. Very friendly, helpful hosts & a charming parrot made for a very enjoyable 1 night stay.
Excellent choice for breakfast with the sun streaming through.......could not have got better value for money!

Room Tip: Room 2 is a small double. Comfortable & cosy with small balcony overlooking front of hotel. Smal...

Just returned from 3 nights at the Braddon Hall. We had one of the rooms with great views at the top of the house. So cosy and warm despite it being really cold weather. Very comfy bed and nice decor, all very clean.
Breakfasts were excellent, lots of fresh fruit and variety of cereals and whatever you wanted for cooked breakfast. We were so impressed when we were offered soya milk, and the coffee was great.
Free parking, though a little tricky to get in and out, easy walk into town and to the harbour.
We felt really at home, friendly and helpful owners and workers who went the extra mile.

Room Tip: best views from top rooms, though more stairs to walk up.

After staying in many hotels during the week because of my job, the Braddon Hall has one of the most comfortable beds fact !
A great stopping off point as part of our trip south, located very near to the centre of town. A warm, welcoming homely environment with a relaxing lounge area topped off with a superb cooked breakfast the following morning.

Overall a superb stay, I'd highly recommended a visit !

just back from a fab 4 days at 'braddon hall' torquay. had room 9 on the top floor. large room, with a great bathroom. lovely deep bath for a relaxing soak. great to go to torquay this time of year to see all the lights and do some christmas shopping. the weather was sunny and cold, lovely. Deb and wayne always make us so welcome and it's great to see them and have a good chat. Breakfast, as usual is lovely, especially the poached eggs!! if you are looking for a nice hotel, a short walk away from the harbour and the town i can asure you you'll love it here. can't wait to get down there again soon x

Room Tip: room 9 - or i think room 3 is the other big room, but if you ring them they will be able to help you

Me and my partner recently stayed here with our 4 mth old daughter. On arrival the owners were very friendly and welcoming, assisting with our bags and offering to heat any milk up for us. We stayed in the four poster bedroom which was large and light with a lovely bay window. Bathroom was clean and modern with lovely power shower. Breakfast was the best we have ever had, local produce makes all the difference. This hotel was very quiet and perfect for our well needed weekend break and we would definitely stay here again. Thank You for such a lovely stay.

Stayed one night recently warm welcome on arrival.Room clean and adequate not huge bathroom as has already been said but served its purpose.Good breakfast nothing too much trouble.Did not try the scary drive way as thought I might ground my car so parked on the road.Braddon hall is well located for shops and bars in central Torquay and very reasonable prices.£56.00 for 2 with breakfast its hard to see how the proprieters make much profit.
