“An enjoyable stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 June 2013

We made a last minute booking and I must say how helpful Deborah was in helping sort out a breakfast menu for my wife ,who has to have a wheat and gluten free diet.
So we were really looking for to our stay and must say that we had one of the smaller rooms, but seem large to us, with our own little balcony. We really enjoyed sitting out there late evening with a nice bottle of wine taking in the views. The only down side to our room was the very small shower cubicle. Breakfast was good with plently of choice.
We would both stay again, but my be try one of the other rooms, because of the shower, but there again it was one of few with Balcony!

Room Tip: In the summer I would get a smaller room with Balcony, great for just chilling out

A great little B&B in Torquay. Located just a short walk from the main streets yet far enough away to be nice and quiet.
Hosts, Wayne and Deborah, go out of their way to make you feel very welcome.
Before I arrived, Deborah was kind enough to assist me with a little booking problem I had with one of the online companies which I greatly appreciated. Something most places wouldn't bother with.
If you need it, they have plenty of info on the area to keep you busy for a few days.
My room with ensuite was a good size, clean and quiet. It was nice to come home to every day after a long day walking about.
The breakfasts were fantastic. Well worth getting out of bed for!
A great place which I highly recommend.

If you're planning to visit Torquay you must stay with Wayne and Deborah at the Braddon Hall Hotel. Apart from the fact they are such a lovely couple, they are great hosts and very knowledgeable about the local area, places to visit and restaurants to try. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the harbour but just far enough away from the town if you're wanting a little peace and quiet. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need whether you are planning a long or short stay. The breakfasts are lovely too with a very good choice of both english and continental, although I will say Deborah's full english is to die for! We have stayed at Braddon Hall several times now and have already booked to go again in a few months.....can't wait!!

Room Tip: You won't be disappointed which ever room you have!

My partner booked the hotel for a weekend away.

The room was lovely and bright, had a fab romantic bed, which was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.

Very close to restaurants, town and the bay.

Such good value for money.

And what a mind of information..... thank you

Stayed for one night with my husband. Lovely spacious room which had everything we needed. Our small dog was very happy and made to feel welcome ( especially by the parrot!!). Breakfast was excellent and location very handy for town. All in all would highly recommend to anyone wanting a short break in Torquay.
