Very rude.blunt staff not much older than the children playing there, insisted my 15 yr old daughter paid even though Sat in corner playing with her phone with no intention of using facilities and just came along for the ride, very expensive and customer servi e is awful, much better places on the area.

First appearance lovely clean environment and great play for the kids £5 doesn't seem a lot to get in but the drinks and food are expensive £1.20 for a fruit shoot and £3.30 for a single bottle of wkd absolute extortion

Been here with my great grand daughter and her friends and the kids love it. Good drinks, food and snacks for the adults as well.

What can you say? From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you and your kids are treated like valued customers. The staff have so much time for the little ones, running round and if they see someone upset they do there best to help them till there parents arrive.

Nothing is too much trouble and if you have a problem, it is resolved without any fuss and very politely. The kids have a fantastic time and it's nice to see my two enjoying themselves. The car journey home is always quiet :).

It is always clean and tidy, however when they are busy things do build up on tables, but if you ask it is cleared straight away with no fuss. Food is always hot and fresh, and if you ask you can always get something to suit if you fancy something different.

I have heard people say the toilets are dirty and disgusting. This has never been my experience. They are always clean and tidy and again if the loo roll runs out or there is no hand wash just let the staff know and it is replaced. You just have to let them know!
