This is a great place to visit with children. Although I realise that this may require quite a bit of maintenance, the entrance fee is as high as can just about be justified! But you do get a few hours of great entertainment!

The model village extends over a large area and has push button speakers to explain each exhibit The first and last parts of the route are quite steep so if you have a problem with walking or hills I would not risk it However there is plenty to see and the average time to walk round is two hours

We enjoyed our tour around the site . I am really amazed how they maintain the gardens and the landscape . I loved the stone hedge model plus the train . Works are on going but it's ok . It's unfortunate that the 4d is being repaired at that time. Young and old would like the place .

We visited 13/03/14 and were taken back by the attention to detail & scale of this wonderland.
The staff were busy maintaining the grounds and exhibits possibly due to weather damage with expert care. We as adults look upon this kind of attraction in a different way that children do and can appreciate the tireless effort put in to keep the models in good repair and up to date. So younger ages must be spellbound by the variety of the models & scenes.
My only minor critisisum would be the refreshments offered, I appreciate that it is early in the season but there was minimal choices available. The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpfull and suprisingly cheerfull, what a nice change.
Well done to the owners and staff & thanks for a great few hours pleasure.
