Exceptional guest house, fantastic proprieters, immaculate surroundings. It really is a fantastic place to stay and veryconvenient location for all that Babbacombe and Torbay have to offer.
Stayed her twice this year what more is their to say.
I would highly recommend to couples and families alike having recently visited with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 grand children.

We went as a family group ( 3 rooms) at the end of October and found this guest house to be very nice. The owners Tracy & Mark made us all very welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing seemed too much trouble. Mark even offered to collect my brother and his wife from the railway station if they go there again as they do not drive. Top marks for customer service here !

The breakfast was perfectly prepared to even my exacting standards ( fussy ) with well done bason and soft runny eggs ( thats how like it !
The romms are very clean , comfortable and are as you would expect from this type of guest house of this age. Tea & Coffee in rooms with a flat screen TV. Drinks available from the bar.
Very close to cliff railway and beach, shops , banks , pubs, cafes etc.
al in all a very pleasant stay even the weather in October turned out nice.
As a guest house of this genre it comes well recommended by us.

Couldn't do enough for us, immaculate, comfortable room, great facilities, great quality breakfast and choice. Would recommend and will be returning. A great location as 5 min stroll to Babbacombe and 1/2 he walk to Torquay harbour. Taxi fare reasonable to Torquay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. Our twin room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Mark, Tracey and Michael were very helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious and there was a choice of dishes. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day which I hadn't ever got from other guest houses I've stayed in. We parked the car and didn't move it during our stay as everything is in walking distance or there is a local bus service at the end of the road.
Torquay is 6 minutes away on the bus. There are beaches in walking distance and some fab places to eat along the seafront.
Thank you mark , Tracy and Michael we will definitely be booking for next year.

Enjoyed three nights at Babbacombe Palms, couldn't fault it. The room was lovely and spotless, and was cleaned daily which, in our experience, is not always the norm for a short stay in a guest house, but was much appreciated. Tracy, Mark and Michael were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Perfect location - Babbacombe and Oddicombe beach and the shops in St Marychurch within a few minutes walk, Local bus service running to and from Torquay (and other places), which we used to return to Babbacombe after walking the 7 mile coastal path to Torquay. The cooked breakfasts were lovely and very filling, a great start to the day. Only wish we could have stayed longer, We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family and look forward to returning ourselves. Thank you
