I had booked this beautiful house with the view to just using it as a base whilst exploring South Devon whilst on a visit from New Zealand. The days that we had nothing planned we struggled to leave this amazing house with all the luxury's you would ever need with a great fire place, cheese board, spa pool, and all within walking distance to the main town, so if you do have a wine or two too many you do not have far to wiggle back home to all the comforts you need. Looking forward to another visit in the next couple of years. Thank you Geoff & Leeane for being great hosts.

This house has everything you need for a great holiday with a large group of friends- a hot tub, a bar, loads of social space and countless bedrooms and bathrooms. We were a group of 18 and had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The house is spectacular and finished to a very high standard. Our group stayed over NYE and Leeann and Geoff did everything they could to make sure we had a great time- cannot recommend it enough!!

We stayed here over New Year, hoped it would be really special and it exceeded our expectations! Fun, practical and extremely good value Number 9 easily accommodated all 19 of us comfortably, with two lovely large reception rooms and plenty of bathrooms! It is grand and beautifully decorated with brilliant features including the bar, hot tub, den area and open plan kitchen. Leeann, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely stay again!
