“An absolutely fantastic place to stay”
Reviewed 22 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

We loved our stay at Daisy cottage, and such a great location close to the town centre. The owners have done so well in making this cosy little cottage a home from home. The facilities are fantastic, they really have put every little space to use. And wow it even has a woodburner. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

“Cosy Cottage”
Reviewed 16 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Situated in a beautiful location only 10 minutes walk from the town and easy to find. Daisy Cottage is wonderful and cosy inside with lush decor and all you could need and more, down to the finest details. Bread, milk & cheese waiting on arrival was a great and welcome touch. Log burner, small private back garden. Sky TV and plenty of DVD's and books if you are staying in. Stunning view from the landing window out across the hills which was a real pleasure to see in the morning. Shop at top of the road and cool looking quiet pub just around the corner from that.

Lovely cottage
Close to centre of totnes and a good place to explore the coast and the moor
The cottage was cute with all the comforts of home and more (I don't have a wood burner at home!)
Would definitely come again

“Cosy comfortable getaway for a couple”
Reviewed 3 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

We had a fantastic long weekend here for our 45th Wedding Anniversary. Daisy Cottage is lovely. It is very well furnished and clean and the Wood Burning Stove was the icing on the cake! The location is perfect with shops and restaurants just a short walk over thr bridge. The Welcome basket of bread butter milk and cheese were much appreciated Thank You James everything was spot on and we would like to return in the near future.

“Beautiful cottage and excellent location.”
Reviewed 21 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Cosy little cottage with everything a couple could need. Very clean and comfortable. The parcel of bread cheese, milk and butter was very thoughtful. Walking distance into Totnes and a great central base for visiting other pretty nearby villages abd beaches.

The woodburner was lovely in the evenings and there were some logs there which we could use. The shop on the corner has logs and other supplies which was pretty convenient.

Parking is a bit of an issue but there is a helpful map in the info pack which guides you.

Highly recommended.

“Comfortable stay”
Reviewed 28 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

This cottage is very cute, we had a lovely stay. The little touches such as a welcome basket with bread and butter were much appreciated. The owner was also very honest in telling us that he thought it might be too small for our family of a couple, 9 year old and baby when we first booked. It was cosy but manageable for us as a family and we managed to relax and unwind there. Totnes itself is also a beautiful and interesting location. If you are very tall you would hang off the bed as it wasn't very long but then I guess such a cute cottage would not be the choice for a tall family! The sofa bed downstairs was very comfortable but pretty hard to get out and put away, definitely a 2 person job. I also think the parking place needs to be made clearer as parking near the cottage isn't easy as it's residents only parking in surrounding roads.
Overall I would definitely recommend booking this cottage, it was comfortable, cute, well looked after and it managed very well by its owners. We had a really lovely time there and I'm sure you would too.
