Stayed over a weekend with friends. Fantastic location, great friendly staff who really set this apart from other hotels. Nice spacious room with lovey views and balcony. Only downside was the psrking rates which i realise are outside the hotels control. Cant wait for our next visit here.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. I am so pleased to hear you found your stay with us so enjoyable! We pride ourselves in delivering the best service possible to our guests as well as taking great pride in our location – just a stone’s throw away from everything it seems! I can appreciate and understand your point in relation to the car park pricing. As you say it is not our car park and so we have to go along with their tariffs. We are lucky however to get a discount on the normal price making it cheaper than many of the other car parks in the area. There is also the Pay & Display Car Park on Upper Hinton Road, which at £4 for 24 hours is a steal!! You do however not have the convenience of the immediate access into the hotel lobby.
We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Kind Regards

We stay in Bournemouth every January for a dance competition and would not consider any other hotel. Great location, huge rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and excellent prices. And some rooms have a big balcony and sea views!

Friendly check-in, apologised that we couldn’t have balcony rooms as requested but instead were given rooms with lovely picture windows overlooking the coast and pier (and as we arrived on 2nd January with storms and heavy winds perhaps it was for the best). One odd thing, the hairdryer was not in the desk with the mirror but opposite not good if you don't have good eyesight!
Rooms were very clean as were all the public areas (did the dust test over the tops of doors along the corridor on our floor – nothing!). The restaurant, bar and other public areas reminded me of a four-star European hotel - very nice soft furnishings and large ornaments and well-maintained.
We had breakfast both mornings of our stay – the first morning we asked to be seated in the main restaurant/bar – there were lots of children in the room close to the buffet and as much as we love children (we are grandparents!) we prefer a quieter less stressful breakfast – the waitress gave us a lovely table overlooking the sea and she remembered the second morning and gave us the same one. The food on the buffet was good – I ordered an omelette and it was ok but could have been lighter. The porridge was excellent.
The car park is attached to the rear of the hotel and with a discount paid around £8 a day – worth stopping outside the hotel and dropping off bags and getting directions from reception.
Definitely the place to stay if visiting Bournemouth.

Thank you so much for sending in such a positive review about the hotel, it is so great to get such wonderful feedback and to hear you enjoyed your stay so much with us. Our staff are always attempting to deliver their absolute best to look after our guests and make their experience with us the best it can be, whether this be providing you with a spotlessly clean room or getting you a nice table in our restaurant and it seems you were not failed on either of these attempts! We are currently under going a refurbishment of our restaurant which we cannot wait to show off to our guests so please do come and see us again. I will be sure to pass on your constructive criticism regarding the food at breakfast, such feedback is hugely important so we can try and constantly improve our service!! We look forward to seeing you again!!

My second experience only of Premier Inn. This hotel stands in a prime spot in the centre of Bournemouth, overlooking the pier. A wonderful location, very near to main bus station (150 metres) and close to Pavilion Theatre and cinemas. The hotel is one of the finest I have experienced in Bournemouth - and I have been to quite a few. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and room we had was a joy to behold. Don't be put off by being near a main road - the noise level was hardly noticeable and I slept better than I do at home. Didn't try the food but others said breakfast was first class.

We booked to stay over on Friday and Saturday night. Firstly, the view from our room was fantastic and the room itself in excellent condition. We are definitely coming back!!
Another reason to return is the excellent team in the hotel. I would like to especially thank Georgina for being so helpful, she is a credit to the Premier Inn company and also wanted to say a big thanks to all the staff in the restaurant and in general of course.

We will see you in May!

Many thanks!

We have just returned from our weekend break in Bournemouth...... Cant wait for our return visit! An email a couple of days prior to our trip from Premier Inn was most useful and gave us the heads up on issues such as parking, meals etc. The Car park was discounted and cheaper than parking at work for the day! There were plenty of spaces and it seemed well maintained.
The Reception staff were most helpful at check in. There were no queues. Our family room was Fantastic. The view from the balcony superb. The room was spotless. There was plenty or space for the children to play. The beds were very comfortable with fresh crisp linen, we all had a very good nights sleep.
I would totally recommend breakfast. The children ate for free. The selection was immense. Great value for money.... we didn't need lunch!! We enjoyed a drink in the bar area which seemed very accommodating to families. Not overly priced. The location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed a walk across the road to The Pavillion to watch our show. The Pier was a stones throw with crazy golf on the way! Great restaurants and shops within close walking distance. Looking forward to our next trip... this hotel really is perfect.
