We received excellent service at this hotel. We spoke to Ben in advance of our visit and asked for a room at the front which he kindly arranged for us. The room was excellent with a view of the pier. All the staff that we spoke to were happy to help - in particular 'Tash' who looked after us very well. This hotel is across the road from the Pavilion and within five minutes walk from the BIC. .

Room Tip: Some of the rooms at the front of the hotel have a balcony. Call in advance if this would be your p...

Great location near the lower gardens and less than a 10 minute walk to the sea front.

The lifts to the floors are very small only one was working at the time of my visit you also have to wait a long time for them to arrive on several occasions it was quicker to take the stairs.
the room itself was clean and spacious, although clearly showing signs of wear on tear on the furniture, water for the shower and basin took a very long time to heat up and curtains let in a lot of light.

Unfortunately the room was located right at the entrance to the floor as access is only gained by key card a constant banging of the door was an annoyance and certainly disrupted my sleep these rooms really should charged at a discounted rate and guest made aware.

I found the staff I spoke to on reception treated we extremely well particular praise to a lovely Spanish lady who always said hello to me and had a little chat about my day.

On leaving I told reception about my lack of sleep and given half my money back with no problems and I certainly praise them for that.

I would certainly stay here again but try and get a room away from the entrance to the floor and a sea view would be a must.

Great value for money and excellent location. Breakfast was very good and nice 2nd floor restaurant had good views. If you are visiting the B I C for an event it is perfect as it's a five minute walk from the Premier central.

Staying in this hotel was a complete pleasure. I received 5 star service and paid a 3 star price. The staff here really want to make your stay with them perfect. They far exceeded my expectations by simply looking after me.

This Premier Inn is located in an attractive Art Deco building, and the Art Deco theme runs throughout.
As usual, the staff are helpful and solicitous. The rooms are rather different to the standard Premier formula, many have balconies with a sea or side-sea view, and they are furnished with wardrobes and slightly smaller double beds than the Premier norm. As usual, they are fitted with the dreadful, hot, heavy Premier Inn duvet (hint: extract the duvet from its cover and discard. Request a second duvet cover, place it on top of the first, and sleep comfortably).
The bathrooms are of a good size, but lack space to dry two bath towels simultaneously. They were evidently designed by a bearded man: the ill-designed lighting means that you shave/make up with your face in deep shadow.
The hotel is very conveniently located for the centre of town and only five minutes walk from the beach.
Tip: if you are carrying a suitcase on arrival, you can either heave it up a series of steps or take the (badly marked) lift to the right of the main entrance.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view balcony. The higher rooms will be quieter if you like to sleep with t...

Having never stayed in one of these Hotels before we were booked to attend a function in the hotel : Outside the building looks less than impressive to say the least. The car park is behind the hotel and costs £10 for the night ..No wonder we usually go abroad...Go straight into reception from the car park and the change is quite remarkable ! : Friendly smiling staff Bright clean lobby easy smooth check in
The room was clean bright and bigger than we expected ..downside is WiFi has to be paid for ..all these extras ..The bed boasts a picture of you know who from the adverts so we were keen to see if its true....It Is !!..Fab nights sleep ..reasonable breakfast included in our stay as well : Very glad we were on the special deal price for the function ..would NOT have paid the going rate : What we paid was good value and no complaints ...well done to all the staff.

Room Tip: When booking ask if a balcony room is free..no extra charge if they have one

My wife and I have just had two fantastic nights at this hotel. From start to finish everything was fantastic.

Lets not forget we are talking about a Premier Inn here, not some expensive 5 star Hotel, however, the experience we had was definitely 5 Star.

The room we was allocated was a front facing sea view room which was very large, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and had a very Art Deco/Boutique feel. The bathroom was lovely too and we slept so comfortably.

We booked and paid for breakfast in advance and wow!!! What a great breakfast for the price!!! Everything was fresh, hot, great quality and plenty of it. The restaurant staff were friendly and service was faultless.

The location of this hotel is perfect, 2 mins walk to either the Town Centre or the beach. What more could you ask for.

We liked the fact that for a reduced rate we could park and leave our car in the attached Multi Storey Car Park, where it was safe and we had easy access to it.

All in all, this place is great, what you get for the price is unbelievable. It was my first time staying in a premier inn and it won't be my last. Fantastic place, cannot recommend it enough!!!
