“Great stay again”
Reviewed 22 May 2012

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and once again was very happy with our stay.
We arrived arrived early about 11.30 and was informed the room was not ready, but we expected this. We just parked our car and went out for the day. We returned about 5.30 and was greeted very nicely from the friendly staff.
Our room was very clean, very quiet and a good size.
We stayed for 2 nights and had a great nights sleep both nights. Very comfortable bed and pillows.
We didnt eat in the hotel but the menu looked very good and very reasonable.
We checked out early but was kindly told we could leave our car in the car park so we could enjoy the day. ( fantastic weather)
The hotel is only about 10/15 mins into town so is well situated.
Would definately stay again.

Me and my girl friend came to Bournemouth for a weekend break. We found a good parking space, walked into the reception where two members of staff were joking around with each other. As soon as they saw us, a very polite welcome :) Very quick check in, offered lots of useful information about Bournemouth. Got to the room, is very clean. Had a pleasent stay and would recommend to any body to stay here. About a ten minute walk into town, which is nice as you won't get woken up with the clubs and pubs turning out.

Stopped overnight travelling back to Kent from Cornwall. This was our first stay at Premier. Room and bed were fantastic. Ultimate meal deal-3 courses plus buffet breakfast was great value at £22. Room superb at £39. Staff were really curteous and attentive without being in your face. This hotel was a breath of fresh air and we are now converted to Premier Inn.

My parents recently had a stay at this hotel & asked me to write a report in their behalf -

"The reception staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. We could not fault the service.

Rooms & corridors were clean. Rooms were spacious & airy. Annoying they won't let you have 3 adults to a room when there's enough space to accomodate them.

The bar area was nice with lovely restaurant. The buffet breakfast was good quality & plenty of variety. Admittedly on the first few days food was luke warm, but after mentioning it to reception & staff it was sorted and food was hot thereafter.

Even though car park became full late at night, there was adequate parking very near by.

Would definately use this hotel again."

Room Tip: Would thoroughly recommend having a top floor room as you won't get any hotel noise or noise fro...

We only booked this hotel for one night. The hotel is excellent for a short stay, the location is fine. The rooms were clean and large enough.. our's was not warm but this was soon fixed.. the only thing that stopped us from giving this full marks was the breakfast. The choices were good but the hot food was not..!!

Cold bacon, cold eggs.. we complained and were given a discount, but still the breakfast was spoiled for us...

Staff were excellent...especially Renata and Mike.. pity about the breakfast.. 4/5 still not bad.

Couldnt ask for a better hotel for my hen weekend. It was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. The meal deal is brilliant and we all thought the breakfast was fantastic! Couldnt hear any noise in the rooms either. Perfectly poisitioned to where we wanted to be, just down the road from a friends bar and walking distance to the shops! Car parking was limited but you are directed to free parking a short walk away. Highly recommend.
