Very very pleased :-) we had an amazing afternoon tea for £18.50 and with that we got tea of our choice, scones plain and chocolate still warm from the oven, which was accompanied by clotted cream and jam, freshly made brownies and slices of honeycomb, which we then followed with shortbread and fruit muffins. And of course not forgetting the crust less sandwhiches. All the staff were very welcoming and served our tea and left us to it. Mum and I couldn't of wished for a better location and for the price we thought it was excellent, we can't wait to go back and try the rooms out. They also offer wedding packages there, which if you were to book that I don't think you would be disappointed...

Stayed for weekend in June 2013. Hotel is within walking distance of beach and main eating/shopping areas whilst remaining in a quiet peaceful corner.
The staff were very friendly indeed and we had no problems whatsoever. If you prefer a small boutique style hotel this has to be the best in the area.
Parking available within grounds, and strong ecofriendly mentality within hotel design. Didn't try the food do cant comment on that.

Small boutique hotel, rooms and general area decorated in a modern, understated quality. This is the second time I've stayed there and is my number one choice for Bournemouth. Close to the beach and within walking distance of the town centre, five minute cab ride from the station. Great reception staff, of a standard above what you normally find, went out of their way to make sure my stay was even better. Hotel has a funky and vibrant bar, much better that most hotels, surprisingly well stocked and reasonably priced, a great place to spend the evening with friends, or sit outside in the garden enjoying the evening sun. Breakfast was really good, fine quality ingredients which put other hotels to shame. I normally stay here on business but am looking forward to returning with my better half.
