Short break for my wife’s birthday, weather was good so able to see Bournemouth kat it’s best. This is a good hotel, quiet location but only a short walk to the beach and the park. Food was good, service was friendly and efficient. Didn’t have time to try the spa facilities but they did look very good. Would recommend this hotel to couples needing to “recharge” the batteries, nice relaxing break.More

As the title indicates we have stayed many times before, some times 3 or 4 days others like this one for the night. We were going to a concert at the BIC on the Sunday so ate out on this occasion but can recommend Blakes or Brasserie for their food offering. Breakfast is a good choice and when busy as it was Sunday am there is overflow seating in the Brasserie. A lot of people use the Spa so dont be surprised to see them sitting in the Brasserie in their dressing gown sipping Prosecco at lunchtime! We will return at some stage Im sure.

Excellent location; good local bus service to Centre, Westbourne, Poole and Swanage. Quality food in restaurant and brasserie served efficiently and courteously. Staff friendly and helpful. Everywhere immaculately clean.

The staff make this hotel lovely place to stay so will be back.The hotel is in a good location and even a bus from town centre to West Hill Rd. We ate in the bar and food was good and able to dress casually. Although building work in progress next door we heard no noise.

We chose the Connaught for its nearness to the Bournemouth International Centre, but it was such a lovely hotel. Little extra personal touches. Spotlessly clean. Huge dark wood furniture gave the room a grand feel. We would definitely use again. Be aware, this site was not working properly, so I could not click the Hotel Ratings circles. I wd have clicked 5s.
