We had a most enjoyable stay, rooms clean and air conditioned, staff were without exception very helpful and obviously well trained. Food was excellent especially deserts.

This is a super hotel a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the beach. The staff are all lovely, the rooms are spacious and there is free parking. There is a big indoor swimming pool and a treatment spa. I enjoyed a full English breakfast served by the most friendly staff.

Short stop in Bournemouth. The hotel was beautiful, free parking, great location, good food, luxurious spa facilities. Staff were very polite and friendly. There was a wedding during our stay so wasnt able to see how the bar was. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was lovely not far from the beach to walk lovely rooms ours had a balcony and because of the heat we could have the balcony door open through the night the food was delicious all staff were very friendly and helpful bed was so comfortable the shower was very hot and nicely powerful

Room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast amazing as usual. Parking sometimes a struggle. Very stylish hotel. Spa facilities very good. Especially enjoyed eucalyptus steam room, very good for aches and pains. Staff are very courteous and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return.

Stayed Monday - Thurs, very good hotel, friendly and approachable staff, the bedroom staff did a great job making up the room (thank you) the breakfast was very good, well presented and more importantly Hot. Would certainly stay again when in the area, one little negative was the lack of car parking facilities, that said the 3 days we were there we got a spot.
