“Pleasant oceanic establishment”
Reviewed 17 August 2014 via mobile

The oceanarium offered a pleasant hours worth of entertainment slotted in between time on the beach and dinner. The staff do a fantastic job at looking after the wildlife and there is quite a variety. Those who have been spoilt with sea world will be disappointed but the entertainment here is worthwhile!

Quite small, but the turtles are well worth seeing! Loved the oceanarium. The feeding times of different species are given along with your ticket. You can come back in and out throughout the day on one ticket so that you don't miss feeding times, bonus!

“Very impressed”
Reviewed 13 August 2014

We visited the Sea Life Centre, and was most impressed. We were also able to get around , with me in my wheelchair, and their was a lift. So pleased it was disabled friendly, and of course ok for mum and dads with buggy's. It was busy on the day we went, but still able to get around ok. Loads to see, we loved the Otters, the snake necked turtle, and the different varieties of fish, the very interesting sharks, really enjoyed going through The Great Barrier Reef. So much fun watching everything swimming around. We saw the daily feeding demonstration and talk with the Otters. This was very interesting.there is a cafe there as well, but we didn't go in there on this particular day. Toilets as well, including disabled toilets. This Oceanarium is ideal for young kids, teenagers, Adults , and Elderly people. Great enjoyable few hours especially if it is raining.
