We returned to Mountbatten Court for the fourth time and our return visit did not disappoint. A beautiful room, wonderful sumptuous bed and delicious cooked breakfasts. Pat and Andy are excellent hosts, warm, friendly and caring. The location is excellent- close enough to walk down to the beach and just a short drive from Poole, Bournemouth and Sandbanks. We will certainly be coming back! Thankyou for another super visit. Elaine and Peter Watson.

This was my second stay here within a year, the first time just my husband and I (children were at camp) and this time with the children, my sister law and family (who stayed in the family room), all the rooms are clean to a high standard.

Pat and Andy are perfect hosts and make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. As it was Bank Holiday weekend they were fully booked but this didn't affect the service in anyway and they always had time to talk to all guests.

Alum Chime is a short walk away and leads down to the beach and promenade where you can walk all the way into Bournemouth and beyond.

If you are looking for a good quality B&B that is family friendly or as a couple then look no further.

We stayed here for 4 nights in late April with our 8month old baby girl and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, the rooms cozy. Breakfast was delicious and Pat and Andy are the nicest people :)
They are so welcoming, warm and helpful! We hope to go back again some day!
Thank you for making our stay a wonderful memory Pat and Andy!

Great food, comfy well equipped room, with an air of 'home'.about it. Hospitality was second to none. Pat and Andy are a true breed to run a B & B and absolutely nothing being too much trouble to make my stay an enjoyable one.
This place is as good as it gets !!

Mountbatten Court is within a quiet very nice residential area and on arrival we received a really warm welcome from both Pat and Andy. Andy took our luggage up to our room and Pat explained the facilities within the room. It was a lovely room with all the little extras, which are often forgotten, but made it feel even more special. The decor within the room and throughout is very tasteful. Within the room there was a folder full of local information, plus a wall safe for your valuables etc. The beds were ultra comfy and it was so peaceful. Arriving down for breakfast we had the option of cereals, juice, toast, tea, coffee and full english breakfast, which was cooked to perfection. Pat and Andy are such genuinely, helpful, friendly people and we enjoyed spending time after breakfast each day talking to them both. Andy and Pat gave us tips re the buses and chines and local restaurants. We have visited the local area before, but found some new walks through the 'Chines' which leads down to the beach. As keen walkers we walked all the way to Sandbanks one day and to Bournemouth the next.
We stayed for three nights and it was sad to have to leave for home as felt like we were leaving our friends behind. Will we be going back? That is a big YES

Room Tip: You will get excellent service which every room you are in.

We stayed for the weekend with our 3 month old son. Pat and Andy were very welcoming and friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed and are great hosts.
The B and B has a lovely homely feel, baby friendly and great value of money. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely, soft bed. They provided us a travel cot so we didn’t have to bring one. It also had en-suite, a large TV, wi-fi and tea/coffee with sumptuous biscuits. The bathrobes were also a nice touch.
Breakfast was lovely and filling, we had the cooked English and Pat didn’t mind playing with our little one while we ate.
The beach is a short walk down the road and there are shops, restaurants and take-aways near by.
We would stay here again as we had a lovely time. Thank you for a great time.
