From the moment we arrived Fiona and Chris made us feel very welcome and at home. We had a couple of days away and could not have chosen a better place to stay. We were treated like long lost friends rather than guests with a glass of wine and a catch up. To say this is just a B&B really doesn't do it justice although there are only two rooms!! The little touches are amazing from the chocolate in the room (which Joanne really appreciated!) to the fantastic breakfast selection which was better than any 5* hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are a good size with everything you could need from coffee and tea making facility, iPod player, TV, hair dryer, nightgowns and slippers to free wifi. The house is amazing, easy to find with plenty of off road parking, Meyrick park is very quiet and you can walk to the centre and beach within 10 mins. We wanted to go out to eat on the Friday and they suggested a great Italian Restaurant within walking distance in Winton which they booked for us, I doubt we would have got in off the street as it was excellent and very busy. Nothing is to much trouble and quite frankly should have a higher rating on trip advisor. Fiona and Chris really had thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you both for looking after us, we had a great relaxing break and will recommend you to everyone.

Fiona and Chris are the best hosts you can imagine and their B&B shows perfection in the smallest details; from the nespresso machine in the room, to the fresh food and flapjacks to the bath soaps and even their garden 'wendy house' - a place to relax in the garden. The rooms are luxurious and homely with all the facilities you would want.

Their breakfast boasts all the things you can imagine, but without compromising freshness as everything is made to order whilst you have an little chat in the morning. Their speciality is fish for breakfast which you have to order the day in advance but again is made fresh while you wait.

Most impressive is their eye for detail. Everything is thought about; subtly without being over the top. One of the best places we've every stayed. It's a shame the rating only goes to 5. I would give them 6 out of 5.

We have had two short stays at The Park and consequently two of the best breakfasts you could hope for. The room was very comfortable and Fiona and Chris very generous and friendly. We definitely hope to be back!

We stayed at Park 24 last year and still talk now about how spoilt we were and how perfect it was. It's like a home from home and you are
made to feel hugely welcome by the hosts.....we were even brought wine and beer as we relaxed one afternoon in our beautiful room. It's a 10/10 experience.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at The Park 24. Our hosts Chris & Fiona were charming and welcoming from the outset and the house and gardens are stunning.

The bedroom was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with the goose down duvet, a thoughtful touch.

Breakfast was an organic full English with all the ingredients locally sourced. Freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh berries in shot glasses and whole meal bread toast (our choice from a selection on offer) as well as a range of coffees & teas, made for a 5 star breakfast.

We would definitely stay again. It was wonderful !!!!

After reading the reviews on TA, I decided to book the Beaumont Room, at 24 The Park.

With such positive feedback from previous guests, naturally I had high expectations. All of which, were exceeded.

If you need to travel to Bournemouth, you have to stay here. And, and even if you don't, make this your reason to visit Bournemouth. It is the perfect place to relax and get truly spoilt.

From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, both Fiona and Chris, were phenomenal hosts, demonstrating perfectly, the art of attentive hospitality.

As a Christmas gift, I actually took my best friend away to Bournemouth, and I had spoke to Fiona about the possibility of organising a few things to make our stay especially personal, in lieu of the occasion. The attention to detail, coupled with such wonderful touches (too many to list), were breathtaking, and to say that we were made to feel special, is a huge understatement!

The house is stunning, with a distinct sense of opulence upon entrance, and this theme continues throughout, whilst being careful to extend an invitation, to actually enjoy, and utilise the practical elegance, of number 24. (There is nothing worse than feeling as though your staying somewhere, that should be kept under glass at the British Museum!)

Breakfast was outstanding. Not just because of the quality of ingredients, or indeed the talent of Fiona, as a cook, but the sense of occasion that you feel, as you sit to dine in front of the beautiful gardens and of course the effort and style that is executed at the huge table. The presentation of everything had been well thought, and you can't help but feel, this is somewhere, I'm definitely coming back to!

All in all, a most wonderful experience, and even though I've been back for a few days, I'm still talking about the place!

Thank you Fiona and Chris, we can't wait to return, Libby and Richard

I stayed at the Park 24 for three days with my daughter at the end of August and a long week end at the end of October with my family. This beautifully decorated charming house has everything you could dream of. Very comfortable and superbly decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. A lovely garden with a little gazebo for the summer reading and a
spacious living room with a stunning fireplace to enjoy with a good glass of wine. Breakfast is superb. Fiona and Chris (the owners) are"practically perfect in every way". Very professionals, very discreet but at the same time very friendly. And their dog Lula ( a beautiful springer spaniel) is supercute and very well behaved. We have very rarely found a place away from home that made us feel so -not needing to go back. We just loved it. Roby Guido Giuly Tommy
