My partner and I have just enjoyed a great long weekend here! The hotel was cosy and homely, the hotel staff were lovely and very friendly especially Stana on reception and were very accomodating, especially as my other half was on crutches! The breakfast was delicious and the location great! We had requested a garden view room which was perfect! Have already booked another stay for next year and would highly recommend to anybody visiting Bournemouth. Lovely little hotel! Angie&Matt - Hertfordshire.

We came to Bournemouth to watch our football team play and The Arlington was a nice hotel, a bit dated but when you look past that it was clean, nice friendly staff, good breakfast and great location, what more could you ask for.

We needed a room for one night after visiting friends and liked the look of the Arlington. We booked the compact room as this was the only option available at the time of our booking and were a little apprehensive that it would be tiny tiny. Not so! The room was much bigger than expected not compact at all. The hotel was clean, the staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was good. Our only grouse was that our pillows were too hard but had we been staying longer I'm sure this would have been rectified.

Room Tip: Our " compact" room was much better than we expected and certainly bigger than expected. W...

Once arrived showed us are table for the week and then settled into are rooms which are very comfortable. Only one thing was parking but once sorted out could leave car all the week with no trouble apart from tree droppings. No noise from traffic at front as away from the traffic. Staff brilliant and very helpful.

Room Tip: rooms at front are quieter then back

Came down to Bournemouth for one night and stayed at Arlington Hotel. My son had bought my mum and I a spa session and afternoon tea with Virgin, and the Hallmark Hotel in Bournemouth was the closest to us, but they had no vacancies, so we booked the Arlington. Thank goodness we did! We had a brilliant room, we knew it was going to be small as that was the only room left, but it was spotlessly clean, as was the bedding. The food was excellent and the staff were polite and helpful. Not so when we went to the Hallmark - dirty tables and chairs, disgusting toilets and unhelpful staff. So glad we booked the Arlington and would recommend to anyone.

Booked the hotel on reviews, location and price. The reviews were spot on it is clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast. The location is superb, we went to see Hall and Oats at the BIC - two minute walk into the centre and a bite to eat, five minute walk to the BIC and two minutes back to the hotel after. Price- well that is just as good - if you are after a break in Bournemouth look no further - we will certainly be using the Arlington again.

Have just spent 1 night in room 2 (ground floor ) with my daughter due to her doing a Cheer comp at the BIC. The most important thing the room was clean. We had 3 beds so had plenty of room to spread. Lady on Reception was pleasant. We slept well, beds were comfy though the room was rather hot due to weather and underfloor heating in the en suite. We didn't want windows open as the seagulls were rather noisy and we needed sleep. Breakfast we had egg on toast. It was amazing, creamy and a huge amount. We will return again.
